This cozy, new construction home is perfect for your Waco adventure get away! Featuring clean lines, neutral tones, & industrial/natural furnishings we believe Joanna Gaines herself would feel right at home. Located just 4 minutes from delicious Magnolia Table and 5 minutes from the beautiful Baylor campus, this delightful home keeps you close to downtown and all things that make Waco so fun & unique.

Our cozy new home offers 2 bedrooms with 2 comfortable queen size beds. An additional twin size air mattress & pack and play are available upon request. Kitchen setting is open to the living room creating an easy space to cook, entertain & interact with family & friends. Free parking on the property offers ease & convenience.

Beautiful 2 bedrrom 1 bath home with everything you need. Comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. Josh our host was awesome and quicker responded to all of our questions. Great location to rest when visiting Baylor. We stayed for Baylor Family weekend and enjoyed our stay. Will stay again in the future.

This little house is clean and comfortable. Sits with a few other small houses kinda off to the side of the Baylor Bubble but still just a short drive to everything in Waco. Had a small bump in the road at check-in but it was quickly resolved by management. I’d stay here again.

Perfect location forgetting to the game. Super cute bungalow for the 4 of us. Very well stocked and very clean! If we are ever back in Waco we will be staying again!!

The Perfect Place

The house was perfect-clean and all the amenities we needed. Just minutes away to Magnolia/Silos, as well as Magnolia Table. I’m a clean freak and I totally felt comfortable staying here. Excellent communication with the host -easy and clear to understand. Highly recommended!

Great House

We stayed 3 night. Could not have had a better place to stay. easy access to everything we wanted to do. Hostess was great.. we were there to see family. We had plenty of room. This house has a nice backyard. It was great. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will rent this house again.

Cute Clean Comfortable with Excellent Host Response

We had a pleasant stay at this property. It was clean, bright, and exactly as described in the listing. We appreciated the off-street parking and sound machines in the bedrooms, which made our stay more convenient plus relaxing. There was an unexpected incident, but the host was quick to respond and went above and beyond to address it. Overall, it was a good experience.
