"LA MAISON EN BRIQUES" VUE SUR FIXER UPPER SEASON 3 EPISODE 2. PROCHE DU CENTRE-VILLE DE WACO, UNIVERSITÉ BAYLOR, MAGNOLIA SILOS, MAGNOLIA TABLE, CAMERON PARK / ZOO, DR. PEPPER MUSEUM, MAMMOTH NATIONAL PARK, TEXAS RANGER MUSEUM ET BEAUCOUP PLUS. Construit Ă  l'origine en 1927, cette maison a des planchers de bois franc d'origine et shiplap! La brique d'origine est toujours exposĂ©e dans la cuisine, ajoutant le charme le plus mignon Ă  la maison. Magnifiquement restaurĂ© par Chip et Joanna Gaines. The Brick House was perfect for us - close-by everywhere we wanted to be, very well-appointed and stocked with the essentials. We originally planned for a party of 4 so the 3 bedroom spaces and 2 full bathrooms was a big draw for us. We turned out to have fewer than expected. The Host was very responsive to my questions before our trip and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely book again if the need arises.

The host was very nice and responsive. The house was beautiful and was located close to the Silos and all things Magnolia. We came to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday and she said it was the best birthday ever! We were very pleased with our stay!

The property condition was excellent for an almost 100-year-old house! They had everything you needed for your stay, the A/C was excellent, and the mattresses were very comfortable! We loved staying in one of Joanna & Chip Gaines' Fixer Uppers!! The communication was great with the host! Being my first Vrbo experience ever, it was Awesome!!

We loved the quaint, overall cuteness of this place! We were on a friends’ trip and loved the central location. Beds were comfortable. We ate out so we didn’t fully utilize the kitchen. Wished there was soap provided for the showers. But, overall, clean, comfortable, and cute!

Great Time

My friends and I came to Waco for one of their birthdays. The house is in a nice neighborhood. Check in went well. The house is clean and comfortable. It was really neat to stay in a Fixer Upper house. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing all around!

This property is beautiful, clean, the two of us girls felt very safe, it was comfortable, communication was great and the location was central to everywhere we wanted to be! On day 1 we watched the Fixer Upper episode (season 3, ep. 2) from the living room of the “brick house” which was so much fun! We did all things Magnolia, went antiquing and had pedicures in swings!Thanks for a great experience all around!

Waco Gem!

We loved staying here for the Waco Ironman 70.3. The house is so cute, and great attention to detail to ensure comfort for guests.

Beautiful Home

The property was close to restaurants, shopping and Baylor. Far enough away that you didn’t hear traffic and had a cozy neighborhood feel. Would stay there again.

Amazing Home

This home was beautiful, clean, and located close to many Waco activities. Check in process was very simple and the home was very accomadating for our 3 night stay. Although we had 4 adults on our trip, this home would be great for familes with children as well.

Great place to stay visiting Magnolia Farms

We enjoyed our 1 night stay when we visited Magnolia Farms. Super easy to get to and no problems checking in! The place wasn’t clean when we first got there but the owner quickly responded and got a maid there to clean the place and even gave us some money for dinner for our troubles. Would definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful stay at the Brick House

We had a great visit at the Brick House celebrating my mother's milestone birthday with my sister. Perfect size for the 3 of us, clean and comfortable. It was centrally located to all the Magnolia and Waco activities. Thanks again for a wonderful and memorable stay!

Magical Stay at a Beautiful Home

We loved The Brick House! It was so wonderful to stay 4 nights in a real Chip & Jo home from Fixer Upper and it totally lived up to my expectations.The home was clean and in a fine neighborhood. Very close to all things Magnolia and the Silos. We loved having Discovery Plus so we could watch all the shows about the places we were visiting. The host was great and very communicative and quickly fixed one check-in hiccup that was not her fault.This is an old home and a rental property, so everything isn’t perfect, but that didn’t detract from our love of staying here! Absolutely would stay again!

Great place to stay when visiting Waco

Cute and clean. So fun to stay in a home renovated by Joanna and Chip when visiting the silos. The location is great, just a short drive to pretty much everything. You are in the city so expect all the usual traffic noise, dogs barking, sirens, etc. We enjoyed our stay.

Anniversary Stay

Everything was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Our only two recommendations would be to please place a privacy curtain in downstairs bathroom window (the current one is literally see through lace) and stock more paper goods in bathrooms. Overall, it was a pleasant experience:)
