We want our guests to have privacy and therefore do not need to meet them before, during or after their stay. However, our friendly local property managers are just a quick phone call or text message away should our guests need anything during their visit. Guests will be provided with an access code for the front door keypad lock and a fob to access the private beach area.

Terra Mar Island is a very clean, safe and well-maintained upscale neighborhood. Just a mile south of Pompano Beach, it is just 15-minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale. There are grocery stores, shops, watersports, restaurants, bars and nightlife, including the beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea town center, all within 1-2 miles of the property. The very nearby Sea Ranch Lakes Plaza has a Publix Grocery store, a CVS drugstore, a Dunkin Donuts and several other shops and restaurants. Guests can drive, walk, get an Uber/Lyft or just hop on the Pelican Hopper Bus (the free town shuttle) to and from the local attractions.

Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is the Shore Diving Capital of Florida, with wrecks and coral reefs teeming with marine life, from within 100 yards of the beach for fantastic snorkeling and SCUBA diving. The Lauderdale-by-the-Sea town center offers some amazing and unique restaurants and bistros and pubs such as The Aruba Beach Café, 101 Ocean and Kaluz. There are also many locally owned shops with artisan jewelry, crafts, beach clothing and gift items. During high season you can find live entertainment in the LBTS town square. You can go for a stroll or go fishing 24/7 from the town’s historic Anglin’s pier, a truly iconic place to visit.

Guests will have access to all rooms and bathrooms, the entire private backyard with pool and spa, an enclosed heated shower, BBQ grill, lounge seating and table, as well as front patio seating and a second outdoor dining area. Guests may also use the garage for access to the laundry room, the ample provided beach gear or to park a vehicle (owners closets in garage will be locked).

Fiesta Terra Mar is located on exclusive Terra Mar Island, which sits in the intracoastal waterway, in the quaint beach town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Access is via a single bridge with a security barrier. This is a quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to the restaurants, shops, nightlife and public beaches of both Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and Pompano Beach. Guests will love staying at Fiesta Terra Mar because of its super-close proximity to The El Mar Beach Club, featuring our neighborhood’s exclusive private beach with BBQ grills, a shower, a large covered pavilion with dining tables and, of course, the wide, clean, uncrowded beach, perfect for relaxing, sunny days with your family and friends. Other rental properties may claim that they are “minutes to the beach”, but there is actually very limited public access to the nearby beaches. Our private beach club is literally a 5-minute walk from the house! Or, you can drive to the beach and park for free in the beach club’s private lot.
Fiesta Terra Mar is well-equipped with all of the comforts and amenities one could ask for in a vacation property. No detail has been overlooked. From spacious sleeping, living and dining areas that will comfortably accommodate your entire group, to fun-filled amenities like a billiard table/ping pong table. The private, fenced back yard offers a heated saltwater pool and spa (these slightly saline pools are easier on the eyes and skin than a standard chlorinated pool!) as well as a gas BBQ grill, chaise lounges and a large, comfortable shaded conversation seating area. There are large flat-screen 4K Smart-TVs in all the rooms, and ceiling speakers in the common areas to play your favorite tunes. The fully equipped kitchen is appointed with professional grade appliances and has everything you need to prepare some amazing meals! The house has 4 bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed and another with a double bed and a twin bunk bed. Bedroom 4 (The Den) has a very comfortable double Murphy Bed. All the bedrooms are private. Nobody needs to sleep in the common areas. This property truly has it all!

Guests may either walk, rent bicycles, take the free town shuttle, call Uber/Lyft or drive to get around the local area. A grocery store, pharmacy, shops, bars and restaurants are all located within just 1 mile of the property.

Upon completion of booking, all renters will be required to complete and sign a rental agreement provided by the host.

POOL HEAT: If you would like the pool heat turned on for your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival (if applicable). Please note there is a $30 DAILY FEE for pool heat. We can set the pool heater up to a maximum of 85 degrees depending on ambient temperature. The pool heater works optimally in ambient temperatures of 65 degrees or warmer and if the ambient temperature drops below 65 degrees, please understand the pool heater may not be able to keep up with the cooler temperatures and it may take longer to heat up the pool and there will be no refund in this case as the ambient temperature is out of our control. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the pool heat.

All child/baby gear listed must be pre-requested and we will help coordinate the rental of the items with a local, reputable baby gear rental company we have partnered with to make this as convenient as possible for our guests. Rental fees apply.

Early check-ins/Late checkouts: Please contact the host to inquire about early check ins or late checkouts. Be aware a $25/hr fee may apply for any extensions.
