Park City Newpark 77 is a chic townhome located in the heart of the Newpark community. You will find yourself within walking distance to all the Kimball Junction amenities such as shopping, restaurants, and recreation center. The stop for the free bus is just steps away, and will take you just about anywhere in the area: Deer Valley, Park City Resort, Main Street and more! You will also be near the Swaner Nature Preserve where you may catch glimpses of local wildlife!



This condo offers two levels, a spacious 1,483 square feet, two bedrooms, a loft area, and three bathrooms — all to sleep up to six guests in comfort.



Entrance to the home is through the garage or the front door. The main level great room holds the living room, kitchen and dining area. You will enjoy the surrounding views from the many windows.



Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings, including a plush couch and armchair, a 50” TV, a gas fireplace. Step out onto the adjacent patio where you can enjoy the private hot tub and stunning views.



Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen space offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating for three



Dining Room: This dining area has a table with seating for four.

Master bedroom 1— Queen size bed, private balcony, the en suite bathroom features separate sinks and a spacious tile shower.

Awesome Ski Trip

My friends and I stayed in this property while skiing a few days in Park City. The unit and location were both great - we'd be happy to stay here again in the future!

Spacious and clean, had everything we needed. A few notes: the beds are VERY firm, so it wasn't the most comfortable night of sleep we've ever had. The second bedroom also does not have a blackout shade in the room, so not only are views into the room from the neighboring property not completely private, there is a lot of light in that room at night.

The shade in the room where inadequate. The rooms were very bright at night. did not make for a good night sleep. Also you can see in the rooms from the outside.

Great location! Easy drive to park city and resorts. The area wasn’t overly congested and easy to get around. Great shopping center near by to grab meals and very close to grocery store as well! Very cozy home, loved the fire place and plenty of room to spread out in the living room. It was great to have 3 bathrooms and lots of closet storage! They also had extra blankets and pillows in the closets which was nice. Plenty of towels, loved the hot tub and great washer and dryer. Minor wishes would be to have a larger trashcan in the kitchen and foil in the kitchen.

Great unit

Lovely contemporary unit, easy access to nearby skiing, and all the convenience of the shops/restaurants of Newpark on your doorstep. Will definitely come back.

Newpark

Great location! Close to restaurants and shopping. Only complaints...bed was extrememly firm and small. The kitchen did not have ANY spices or oils except salt and pepper.

We're glad you loved the location, Stacey! Regarding the size of the bed, we do our best to be transparent with our listings, which include the bed descriptions. Our lines are always open for any concerns regarding this. Also, the check-in instructions we sent state that we only provide a starter pack of certain supplies, which unfortunately does not include any spices. "Amenities: Park City Rental Properties will supply a starter pack of initial supplies in the property which will include dishwasher soap, a small container of dish soap, a packet of laundry detergent, a sponge, a roll of paper towels, trash bags, an extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap. It is recommended that you bring additional items to supplement the starter kit." Nevertheless, we're glad you had a great stay overall! Thank you for the 5-star review and we hope to host you again!

Excellent Location

Easy access to Interstate and Hwy 224 to ski areas. Left the condo and was at airport gate within an hour via Lift. Condo with garage is hip and clean (although MB comforter needs a good washing). W/D was perfect so we didn't have to pack so much. Spacious.

Family Christmas vacation

This was a excellent property for us. We’re a family for 5 adults, we had plenty room. Great location to do diffent activities, we skied in Park city, went tubing in Woodward, shopped in the outlets, went snowmobiling and fly fishing no more than 20 miles from the townhouse. The coffee maker was broken and it was replaced with a new one as soon we called the mgt. company. Excellent customer service. Really enjoyed Newpark, beautiful small town with good restaurants and shopping.
