Vous trouverez cet incroyable condominium de deux chambres et trois salles de bain idéalement situé sur la spectaculaire réserve naturelle Swaner. Ce condo a été construit en 2011 et dispose de 1 500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie offrant une vue spectaculaire depuis les deux étages et un mobilier confortable. L'unité peut accueillir jusqu'à sept personnes confortablement pour une grande retraite de vacances.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une grande salle de bains privative et d'une terrasse privée. Vous apprécierez également la télévision par câble, avec lecteur DVD. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux, ainsi qu'une salle de bain complète. Le loft a un lit double et vous trouverez également un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Cuisine entièrement équipée
 
Vous adorerez la cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers et des comptoirs en granit. Vous pouvez même profiter de la cuisson sur le barbecue situé sur l'un des deux balcons privés. Vous pouvez même profiter d'un bain dans le bain à remous situé sur le pont inférieur.

Quand il est temps de se détendre, installez-vous dans le salon avec une cheminée confortable et une télévision LED. Depuis les terrasses privées, vous adorerez la vue imprenable sur les 2000 hectares d'espace ouvert de la réserve naturelle Swaner.

Les autres commodités de ce condominium comprennent une laveuse et une sécheuse intégrées, la climatisation et un garage chauffé.

L'une des meilleures choses à propos de cette copropriété est son emplacement. Il est situé dans le Redstone Village de New Park, qui comprend 20 restaurants et bars facilement accessibles à pied. Great place to stay close to the canyons. 10 minute drive when there was no traffic. Private hot tub and your own garage were a nice added a touch to comfort and convenience. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Newpark location condo

This property worked well for my stay. It was very clean and well equipped. The location was great, close to restaurants, stores, easy freeway access. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place for ski vacation with family

We loved the house! Good equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and hot tub helped to relax after the whole day in the mountains. Perfect location with many bars and restaurants in a walking distance. Would return!

Beautiful place

We had a delightful time at this property. Spacious and beautifully decorated, it included everything we needed for our week of vacation. Our only drawback was that the sun came in to the bedroom window earlier that we wanted to wake up.

Awesome location and great stay overall. A couple items to address: Pull out bed was nasty, Filled with cereal. Master bedroom sheets had hairs all over them.

Could use some upgrades

My husband and I stayed here for a staycation and I expected a bit more that we got. The master bed was super comfortable but the couch was so worn out it was painful to sit on. The coffee maker was half broken so you couldn’t set it to brew in the morning and still had to heat your coffee in the microwave after. The master shower head needs to be replaced as not all of the little holes spray water and the water everywhere takes forever to heat. Overall it was a decent place but not for a staycation where you want to hang out there the whole time.

Solid - parking was only issue

I'd stay there again. The only issue is that we had a Ram 2500 and it was a tad too long for the garage. We had to leave the garage door open each night.

Great Unit and location

The unit was very clean and well appointed (for example the owner even provided laundry detergent so we didn't have to purchase any). We were very comfortable there and the location is 5 minutes from the lift at Canyons and about 10 minutes to the lift at Park City. There is very convenient shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the unit.

Last stop on 3,000 mile road trip

This place was a great place to crash and catch up on sleep and laundry before driving the last stretch home. Kids loved the Olympic park.

Always a great stay!

We enjoy visiting Park City and getting in our snow fix for the season every year. This is our favorite place to stay. It’s comfortable and convenient, close to stores and great restaurants. Will definitely be back again!

Close to resorts

Nice place. Perfect for our group of 5 which included 2 kids. The upstairs sleeping areas tended to stay very warm. This is good or bad depending on what you like. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Skiing is a short drive. Deer valley is about 20 minutes away. Other resorts are closer. Overall good experience for us.

Girls week September 2017

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect and the condo was clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The quick response from Miguel at Park City Rentals made our day! We had to move from another condo unexpectedly our second day in Park City, which happened to be on a Sunday and Miguel made it happen for us. His professional, friendly attitude was top notch. He went above and beyond to ensure our condo was move in ready and the jacuzzi was properly working. We can't thank him enough for what he did. We will definetly rent from Park City rentals again.
