The Perfect Vacation Pool House . 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths pool house . large living room open space , French doors leading to the back yard and pool area. Great entertaining property! Salt water pool .The house is gated and safe in a great location near entertainment center and shopping center. 20 min drive to LA city.
Perfect for families has a pool (with fence) and play area. Pets friendly. Patio with sofas and BBQ. House has travertine floor and a large kitchen . Fully furnished + 2 smart TV'S.
The house has inside garage with 2 parking spaces. The property has a gate all around the house. Many more room to park outside of the property. Easy access.

The property is 5 min drive and 20 min walk to a main shopping centers , Topanga mall and the village . 10 min walk to a small shopping plaza including supermarket Vons , near Ross , big 5 , pizza hot and more . The house is 30 min from the airport LAX and 20 min from Burbank airport. The house is off the 101 and Tampa exit or Winnetka exit . The house has comfortable access to many main famous tourists places and activities but at the same time is in a quite , safe and nice neighborhood.

The place is a wonderful space with a relaxing layout, and the host is easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here in the future.

Home away from home

Our stay here was awesome. The homeowners were always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time in the water. The home was great and felt just like home. Thank you

Nice stay. Really enjoyed the home

Family stay for a birthday. Manager/owner very communicative. Only suggestion would be to update cooking pots and pans. All worked fine just a little worn and outdated. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay

We stayed here in early September and it was great. The backyard worked very well for my family. The pool and outdoor cooking was fantastic. Limor was very quick to respond to our inquiries. The place was very clean. I would recommend this place.

Family vaca!

House met our needs,was very no frills. Bathroom mats would be a good addition as well as beach towels for the pool and spa. Also drinking glasses, and plastic wine glasses for outside.

Nice House, Wonderful Host, Terrible Beds

Limor has been one of the best HOST I have had. Her house is small and cute. The backyard is an ENTIRE vibe by itself but the beds and furniture needs upgraded. If the couches and beds are updated, it would be a perfect house with the perfect host.

Family vacation

The property was nice, but all the windows and doors without any real curtains was a little creepy. The floors were a little sticky, rhere was a cup from a local restaurant in the backyard. the blankets didn't seem like they were washed and the white towels were discolored. I would suggest using a colored towel, and getting window coverings. The light in the shower was flickering so bad we had to shower with the light off. The playground is smaller than it seems in the photos but the kids still liked it. Other than that any issues we had were taken care of promptly and we received a 100 credit due to a leak in the roof but it was really storming when we were there. The owners are very friendly, and helpful. Renting your home is a learning curve and I'm sure it will only get better as they are very receptive.

Woodland house

House was very clean! The pool has a safe gate and the layout of the back yard is really nice for bbq! Very quiet safe area! Attentive host! I will stay here again!

Fantastic Stay!

Planned a Memorial weekend trip with friends and their children. The 4 bedroom house was perfect for us. The pool was also exactly what we were looking for with two 6 year old boys, the fencing around the pool made our stay extra safe. Great outdoor hang areas, grill area, and swing set. We had a fantastic time at the house!

A wonderful stay

We started at this lovely property with our kids, dog and cousins. Everyone had a wonderful time and the property was great for our kids/family. The host was very communicative and kind. We would stay again!!
