Not a terrible stay. Check in was good, efficient. Not happy that the hot tub wasn’t working but ok otherwise. Great neighborhood. Wonderful one night stay. Thanks for sharing your place!

Not a place really for children

It doesnt have cable if you want to watch anything in the bedroom for television if you want to watch anything you got to purchase Netflix or something that you can watch. It isnt a place really for kids.

This house is eh. Cons: The washer, I had to play with the settings to get it started. The dryer wouldn't heat. The hot tub needed maintenance so the jets didn't work. The back yard was a mess with debris and limbs. The house wasn't 'clean'; it was wiped down, organized but not any more clean then you'd clean your house before a close friend came over. The base boards needed a good wipe down, and there were some areas of the floor even that needed a decent mopping. The owners had no contact; I did message, at least once before our check in, and twice while there. Every message I received seemed like a copy and paste, change the name type message, and no answer to my questions. (The hot tub) (All fixable) Pros: The back yard is fenced in. (one side is a gate) They have a few things included for use, like board games, pack and play, balls for outside, etc. Quite neighborhood, friendly people. Back yard has; a fire pit w/ big bench, swing (play area), hot tub, table and chairs. We honestly enjoyed our stay. (4 days, 3 nights) This house made our vacation so much easier, then if we had stayed at a hotel. In our family we had 3 adults, one handicapped, and 3 kids (1,5,10). It was priced fairly. I would recommend it to someone who just needed it and wasn't picky, but I wouldn't for someone with high standards, but this place has the potential to be a great place to rent for long stays. I hope this answers all your pre-trip review concerns:)

Nice enjoyable property. Awesome backyard. Wish there was more cover to enjoy the backyard since it rained all stay. But overall great spot!

Relaxing stay!

Love the hot tub and backyard. Lots of channels to watch. Close to fishing and beach. Loved exploringcMcKee Botanical Gardens. Nice having kitchen for breakfast and one dinner. Lots of dining options.

Cozy Convenient Cottage

Great little cottage in a convenient location. Beds were comfortable with good linens, pillows and blankets. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was well equipped and the backyard area was wonderful. We were visiting others in Vero Beach so it worked perfectly for us. Communication with owner was great and any concerns were addressed.

Dirty and unresponsive owner

After arriving and beginning to unpack, we noticed the house was clean on the surface (I.e., counter tops) but upon looking further, the house had not been deep cleaned in awhile. Trash under the beds including medication that our kids could have picked up, stained sheets, open wires in the corner of the living room, and boarded up windows on the side of the house. The back yard had also not been picked up in awhile so it was nearly impossible for our kids to run around and actually use the nice play set. It was late at this point and we have young children, so we stayed the night and packed and left the next morning even though we booked 3 nights. The owner offered to send someone to clean, but the house had already been “cleaned” before we arrived. We offered to pay for the night we stayed and asked for a partial refund. The owner after this was unresponsive, did not respond to any additional messages or cancel our booking as requested. We have contacted VRBO who also attempted contacting the owner with no response, so we have an open complaint against them now. I would stay away from this property. I’ve rented plenty of homes before and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Adorable & Clean House

The house is super clean and adorable and the backyard setup is an added bonus (except for the bugs z but that is Fl). Big refrigerator and a great kitchen - everything needed for cooking meals and a coffee maker and pods. Lots of communication from the owner which was super helpful! And an easy check out process.

Great Value, Great Stay!

Some friends and I were passing near Vero Beach and found the perfect spot to stay. The value was incredible and even had a hot tub to relax in between traveling. I would recommend! Carl was great in communication as well.

Not What Expected

Remodeling not well done. One overhead light in living room that combined with the white walls was glaring lit. Bedding and or bedroom stunk. Slept in living room. Other bedroom was former garage that was odd in and most unattractive. No privacy for hot tub and fire pit. In full view of neighborhood. Left after one night. Have stayed without complaint at a number of VRBOs.

Hot Tub made the stay fantastic

Everything you need for a great stay! Close to beaches, fishing, stores and restaurants. Didn't really like that you couldn't get regular channels on television. Great place for 3 couples or a family with 4 kids.
