Situé sur la plage centrale - au sein d'une courte distance à pied de toutes les attractions sur Ocean Drive Vero Beach, y compris d'excellents restaurants, des boutiques, galeries d'art, les parcs et la plage. Pas besoin de sortir même dans votre voiture. Récemment mis à jour avec toutes les nouvelles salles de bains et cuisine, 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains avec de grandes fenêtres et abondante lumière naturelle est une escapade très apaisant. Configurer comme plan d'étage scission avec la nouvelle suite de chambre principale d'un côté et les deux autres chambres de l'autre. La propriété comprend un grand terrain clôturé, privé avec une belle terrasse et une grande piscine. Tout ce que vous pourriez demander afin que vous puissiez vous détendre et profiter!

Very Vero

Excellent location and layout for family of 5 plus grand mother. Golf cart came in handy for trips to beach parking on Riomar. Functional kitchen with enough utensils etc to prepare meals at home. Beautiful neighborhood. Super quiet.

Fantastic rental

We had a terrific time at this property. The location is fantastic. Being able to walk to the centre of town is amazing. The fenced yard was great for us and our dogs. We had an issue with the washing machine and the property manager was fantastic and dealt with it quickly. We would happily go back.

Quiet central Vero

Quiet, mid-century ranch, in beautiful central Vero neighborhood. Walkable to retail, restaurants and beaches. Great open layout with views of outside areas, but furniture somewhat dated. Beautiful master suite. Kitchen well equipped. Pets welcomed. Golf cart nice, but police said not allowed in key downtown areas. Main downside was that the pool is not heated so it was really too cold for relaxing on a winter vacation. Overall, a nice rental, but the unheated pool is a big negative for winter visits.

This house is in an excellent location. The home is very warm and inviting and the pool was perfect. We stayed for two weeks, would definitely book again.

Perfect location and well appointed home

Well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of living space both indoors and outdoors. Loved the location! 7 minute walk into town or 5 minute walk to the beach. The golf cart was an extra nice bonus. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary pots, pans, dishes, glasses and pantry supplies. Nice large refridgerator. The owner had beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids. Grill provided. Master bedroom was extra large and had a nice view of the pool. We would rent again.

Enjoyable stay in central beach

The house is very spacious and was more than enough room for our family of four. It's also in the perfect location to enjoy Vero Beach. Close to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The pool at the house is also oversized, clean and the perfect spot to cool down. Interior is a little dated but very comfortable and was great for our three-week stay.

homey house near amenities

we found the house to be homey and well-suited to a family. it is well-equipped. very private. the neighborhood of nice homes near the tourist center was nice and very quiet. many restaurants, shops, and the beach are within walking distance, although we tended to use the golf cart. good for families and people with dogs. the tourists, neighbors, and shopkeepers were all friendly, but we found other locals oddly unfriendly to the point of hostility.

The location of this property was exactly what we wanted. We walked to the beach and restaurants and rode our bikes everywhere. The property manager was very friendly and attentive. We would definitely rent this house again. There is so much to do in Vero Beach!

Wonderful location very easy walking distance to downtown. Very clean, well-appointed home. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of towels and linens. Master bedroom was lovely with a beautiful ensuite. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone!

older, but well maintained, house in residential neighborhood two blocks from Vero Beach shopping and beach. Old bathrooms and kitchen which owner indicates are to be upgraded which will bring this into Excellent category. Outstanding response from building manager. Pool was not heated.

Thank you for the wonderful feedback. We heard you loud and clear and we are really excited about the changes that we have made as a result. Over the summer, a nearly $100K renovation was done including all new sliding glass doors and windows throughout the home (made a big difference), completely new kitchen and appliances, completely new master bedroom, completely new bathrooms throughout the house, new high def TV's throughout and so much more. Essentially, we updated everything! We are so excited now that things are done to share the home and hopefully exceed the expectations to make it a wonderful getaway.

An excellent home in the perfect location

If you are planning a stay in the Vero Beach area I would highly recommend renting this comfortable and spacious home. This was my first time using VBRO and the experience I had renting this home, and in particular with the home’s very helpful owner, exceeded my expectations. You could not ask for a better location, just a short walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants and a beachfront pub.

Located right in the middle of everything in Central Beach, this home is completely remodeled in a tasteful, modern style. With its large impact windows and sliding glass doors all around, the home's natural light allows for a soothing day. Great for reading, relaxing and entertaining. When you are ready to explore, the home sits in the center of everything. You can walk to the beach or Vero Beach's best park with everything from tennis, trails, the Modern Art Museum, the Performing Arts Theater, shopping at little boutiques, dining at literally dozens of great restaurants and so much more. Once you arrive, you literally can never go back in your car - unless of course you want to check out Vero Beach's mainland with it's quaint downtown and other amenities, then you are a 5 minute drive. But, either way, Vero Beach provides so many enjoyable ways to spend time in Florida.
