Neighborhood is adjacent to the preserve with a small boat launch & hiking trails within 1/2 mile. 2 bedrooms with King Bed , Queen Bed, 2 full couches, kitchen with island & bar stools ,dining room, living room with futon., Outdoor private pool with large enclosed patio lanai & seating with a dining table, & relaxing comfortable rattan chairs.

Welcome!

You’ll have the entire home all to yourself during your stay, with the exception of the third bedroom, which is reserved for the property owners. Rest assured — the owners will not be on the property at all during your visit, so you’ll enjoy complete privacy.

The pool stays nice and warm part of the year — usually between 80–90 degrees F. from late spring through early fall. Please note that it’s not heated, however many guests swim all year long
*We provide only entry level supplies of toilet paper. Paper towels. Kitchen and laundry supplies. There’s shopping nearby for any additional supplies you may need .”
Check-in and check-out are simple and secure with your personal access code. Only the primary booking guest (or verified guests with valid ID) can check in or out using the code. For everyone’s safety, unverified guests will not be given access. We may require a government ID to verify your identity and age

There are three small exterior security cameras — one at the front entrance and one on each side of the home. These are for the safety of both our guests and our property. There are no cameras inside, so you’ll have total peace and privacy.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Children 8 years or older allowed
