Florida fun vacation home with a private Lazy River, Float away the stresses of the day to day with us at our vacation experience house.
Yes, we said Private Lazy River all to yourself. Drift along and enjoy a relaxing float around the yard or have a duck race. There are lots of birds and beautiful sunsets to watch.
The outdoor screened in patio is meant for entertainment, with voice-controlled lights and all the cooking essentials for creating your meal masterpiece on the gas grill, flat top and a smoker.
While roaming the backyard you have tons of entertainment and seating areas to enjoy all Florida has to offer. Play a game of Frisbee 500 our disc golf game, practice your putting game on the island putting green or make a fire in the firepit for smores.
When you walk in the entry door, you’re greeted by a large common space with a custom-made driftwood dining table for your group to feast at after a fun day at the beach.
Relax at the indoor bar and play a game of pool or darts in our game room, win at the coin pusher or play a game on our VR system.
There are three large bedrooms - Two bedrooms have king-size beds and one with an on-suite bath with shower, one additional room with 2 full-size beds. Also, a bonus room with a comfortable sofa sleeper
We are just a short 10-minute drive to Clearwater Beach Pier 60, beach bars, restaurants, shopping, dolphin viewing, fishing, kayaking, Phillies Spring training, centrally located 30 minutes to Tampa and theme parks

Great family house for family with kids

Loved the many areas to cook, lounge, drink, swim, play pool, cards and huge dining table for everyone. Lazy river great for kids and lounging adults...plenty of outdoor games too!

Spring break 24

The house was perfect for entertaining friends and family- plenty of space! Kids had a blast with all the amenities. We did a lot of cooking… only wish was that there were more kitchen towels- lol Would definitely come again!

Spring break getaway

We had a great time here! Loved the pool table and the coin game. It rained a couple days so those were very handy to have and the kids thought it was great! We were close to Clearwater Beach but far enough away to have a break from the busyness of it. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking at the house was easy, loved the outdoor kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

Lots of amenities! Outdoor area was outstanding. Lazy river was too cold for us due to the rainy weather. Great home for a large group. House is on a busy road. Owner has great communication!

Ladies Escape

Property was great, many fun things to do, Lazy River, frisbee game, pool table, darts, coin machine, and plenty of board and card games. We were 9 ladies ranging in ages from 22 to 82 and we all got along great and had lots of fun and laughter. Plenty of places to hang out together or get away for a while. Would recommend this place for whoever wants to be with friends and family and just enjoy.

Relaxing Lazy River Vacation

Our family had a great time at this home and really enjoyed our stay. The lazy river was awesome and so relaxing for everyone. The house had so much more for us than you can see in the pictures and the closed in back porch just accented the lazy river with the convenience of everything being right there. Dana is a great host and very accommodating to our questions and needs. The location was great for us close to everything and not a far drive to the beach. Thank you for providing a great time for our family vacation! Would like to stay again some day.

Awesome party house

We had a great stay here. Perfect for 6-8 couples. House was very clean and had everything we needed. The lazy river is definitely the highlight and was so fun to float around. Plus all the extra games and hang out areas. The back porch is a great place to chill and all the colored lights were awesome. We all definitely want to come back. 10/10

A few improvements would help- bedroom 1 needs a fan, lots of ants inside, another fan and more seating for the porch, bring your own inner tubes The lazy River was nice, plenty of towels and space in the house. The pool table and outside fridge were nice touches

Hello Kelly I’m sorry to see a 3 star review and wish if you had any problems during your stay you would have messaged. Sorry for any ant issues as we have the house treated regularly. All bedrooms have fans so if you again were uncomfortable only had to message. We provide inner tubes and floats for all guests and if you want to bring your own are welcome too. But thank you for taking the time to review.

House was great, but it needs some much needed improvement’s & landscaping needs some improvement’s also. Cabana needs to be replaced or redone.

Overall good experience

Dana was a very helpful host and quickly responded. We had a fun time here with family members. We did not like the busy street that the property sits on. The outside furniture needs to be cleaned, we couldn't really utilize, in the current state. Overall, we were happy to just be in Florida away from the Michigan winter!

SPRING TRAINING

Already knew from a previous review that the house is on a busy street, which didn't bother us at all especially because of the lazy river, once you're settled in, and there was plenty of room for all of us, you become so focused on the feeling of "we have a lazy river", how often do you get to say that. Dining room table was beautiful with plenty of room. Our gang loved shooting pool, so we had a lot of fun. Plus having three bathrooms, all with showers was a huge plus. Our main reason for this property was seeing the PHILLIES at spring training, the stadium was an 8 min Uber ride away, that was awesome.

Clearwater Lazy River home

We spent a month at this home and enjoyed ourselves very much. Dana was responsive any time we needed anything, and made provided pretty much anything we could need while we were there, including lots of fun things we didn't expect. Our grandchildren were in the area and loved the Lazy River and the games available, inside and out. We had plenty of space and the screened porch in back as well as the outside kitchen were great. The only negatives we would have were that the property is on a very busy, noisy street and the back yard furniture is worn and needs to be replaced.

You Won't Be Bored!

What a great place. Fun for all kids between the ages of 2 - 66 (which happened to be the age range of our group!). There are so many different activities and areas. Lots of room inside and outside that you never felt cramped. Mark and Dana were amazing, always quick to respond to any questions that we had. Loved the location. Close to the action. 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach. Everything you could possibly need is within a very easy drive. The house was well equipped from the inside kitchen to the outdoor kitchen to the many different sitting areas and fire pits. Thank you for a great time!

Family Reunion

This was the perfect space for our family to gather and celebrate the holidays together. I picked it for the large dining space. 18 of us from CA, IA, IL, GA, and FL were able to dine together while 7 of us spent the nights there. The outdoor kitchen was lovely and it was nice to have plenty of space for everyone to spread out as needed. We picked a cold week for our gathering so we will have to enjoy the lazy river next time. All the tvs and the pool table and token game were a hit. Our group ranged in age from 3-90 😊 Giving an overall rating of 4 just because the amenities, although clean are outdated in some areas and better linens and towels would be nice. However I 100% recommend this amazing home for any large group.

Fun for everyone!

Whether it's the lazy river, the pool table, the numerous games both inside and out, or just a quiet place to relax - the Lazy River House has something for everyone. We rented the property to celebrate our daughter's 21 birthday with family and friends and the house was perfect for the celebration - right down to cake pans and a mixer for the birthday cake. The hosts were very easy to work with and responded quickly to a tripped circuit breaker (our fault). Three full bathrooms, 2 kings and range of games/activities make this a great house for dual families. The weather during our January visit was cold so we took full advantage of the outdoor table with heater but the backyard is also well set up for warmer weather. All in all I would recommend this house to anyone!

A fun time
