Come stay at this modern 4 bedroom heated saltwater pool home with a game room in a family friendly quiet neighborhood in the center of Clearwater, FL! Located minutes from restaurants, downtown Clearwater, the airport and Clearwater beach!

This 4 bedroom 2 full bathroom pool home has 5 total beds (2 king beds, 3 queen beds) and comfortably sleeps 10 people without bunk beds! Each room has its own Roku smart TV, ceiling fan, and blackout curtains.

Outside, you’ll find a spacious lanai with plenty of outdoor seating, a Roku TV, a screened in heated saltwater pool, and a gas grill. The rest of the yard has multiple outdoor games for you to enjoy including an oversized connect 4, Jenga, corn hole and more! The full sized game room includes a regulation size ping pong table, NFL Blitz Arcade game, 1 v 1 basketball shoot out, foosball, a poker table and a custom lego table for the kids to enjoy. An adjacent living room includes an oversized couch with comfortable chairs for your entire group to sit and enjoy board games, card games, etc. while streaming your favorite shows on a 65” smart Roku TV. Various pool floaties and pool toys for children are provided as well as a pack n play and convertible high chair/booster seat. All appliances are brand new including large capacity LG washers and dryers so you can do your laundry before you leave town.

A fully stocked coffee/tea bar with various flavor add ins is provided to give you energy to start your day.

Your safety is our top priority. Between guests, surfaces are disinfected and linens are washed with detergent and hot water. The home is equipped with smoke/CO detectors and fire extinguishers. Both adult and child first aid kits are provided. A ring security doorbell with audio and video recording is installed.

Our saltwater pool is heated to an above commercial industry standard of 85 degrees to give you a comfortable and refreshing experience. Please note that during rare cold snaps the heater may not maintain perfect temperatures. There is no additional fee for pool heating.

Guests will have access to the entire property excluding locked owner closets and shed to the left of the house.

Guests can contact us via the Airbnb platform, which is monitored regularly except for late at night. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there are any concerns with your stay or the property. For emergencies, guests should call 911 or local police and notify the host.

-Items/furnishings damaged or missing will result in a replacement fee for the item
-Use of pool is at your own risk. Please refer to the onsite pool rules poster prior to use. Guests are not permitted to adjust pool heater settings (please contact host if you feel there is an issue with the heater).
-Owner/co host assume no responsibility for injury occurring on the property.
-Long term stays greater than 28 days are allowed but require a security deposit equal to half of one months rent. Guest must sign a lease and consent to a background check.
