Waterfront cottage with heated pool! 10 minute boat ride to Manatee Mile /Gulf!

Gorgeous 3 bedroom plus den, 3 bath villa with multiple sliders to a beautiful screened-in lanai with heated swimming pool. The lanai also includes a large dining table, great for eating meals and playing games, many outdoor seating areas with excellent views of the canal in hopes of catching a dolphin or manatee sighting. There is also a big screen TV for those games you can't miss while in the pool. The seating and views from the dock are undeniable! This will be your favorite spot to watch the boats go by, fish, and make memories. While the kids are swimming or watching a late-night movie after boating all day in the gulf, the parents can bike, walk, or drive to the tarpon pointe marina, just a few short blocks away. This is where you will find boutique shopping with wine and champagne served during your shopping experience, several choices of dining including the Nauti Mermaid Dockside Bar & Grill, Pinchers Restaurant known for 2 for 1 drinks all day every day, and a few others you will need to check out during your stay. We have 5 bikes included in the rental making it easy to get to the marina. The well-appointed beautiful white kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for your stay is open to the dining area and family room so that everyone feels included in the fun! There is so much space to spread out in this home with several gathering areas inside and out, including the garage with ping pong table, and bags(cornhole). There are also games in the home to add to the experience. All of this and about a 10-minute boat ride to manatee mile and on your way out to the gulf. We frequent Sanibel island, Pine island, and Captiva islands, great for day picnics or pulling up to one of the seaside restaurants along the way. Ask me about boat rental places near us. We are located just a few blocks from Tarpon Point Marina and the Westin Hotel. If you ask the locals this is one of the most desired areas in Cape Coral. This beautiful home has been remodeled from top to bottom so your stay will be seamless. We welcome you to this new vacation rental, our favorite place on earth.

Awesome Time! We would stay again for sure

Great property that was very clean and had all the amenities that are needed for a great stay. All of the beds were comfortable and there were two family rooms with nice sized TV's. The outdoor space and pool are amazing and if you have a boat or are renting one it is very simple to dock right in the backyard. I would for sure stay at this property again.

Beautiful & clean home

Great stay!! This is in a great neighborhood with amazing views. We were able to watch the manatees from the outdoor living space. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated.

Fantastic location!

We LOVED our stay at Cape Escape! The house is gorgeous and the location is perfect! There is a park with hiking trails one-half mile in one direction, and there are SIX restaurants walking distance one-half mile the other direction. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. The house had everything we could possibly want. Five stars! We love this place!

Perfect Stay

We loved this home! The interior is decorated beautifully. The views in the back were the best. It’s a big waterway and the sunset views were stunning. Pool was warm and the kitchen was fully at stocked. Lots of fish were caught off the dock and we also saw dolphins and manatees. Great stay!

Wonderful Stay at Cape Escape

Our family of four recently stayed at Cape Escape and had an amazing time. The home was clean upon arrival, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. The location was fantastic, offering convenience to nearby attractions and amenities. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to entertainment options. The hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Situated in a prime location, the option to rent a boat added an exciting dimension to our trip, allowing us to explore multiple beaches at our leisure. Perfect!

Our stay over spring break was wonderful. The property is better than pictured, and had absolutely everything we could have thought of and didn't even know to ask for! Kitchen (and home overall) was the best appropriated we've stayed in, and was gorgeous--felt very luxury, like a model home! Beds were comfortable, my kids still talking about how soft the carpet was, and the heated pool right by the canal was great Neighborhood right by the Westin had great walking paths, and was easy access for us to get out for daytrips (Peace River, Everglades, Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers) but still so relaxing to come home to this house! We usually don't stay in the same place twice, but would love to stay in this home again! Had a few questions on checkin and the owner messaged us back within minutes. Thanks to the Vis family for a wonderful experience!

It is a beautiful house in a great location for sunsets and having a great time. Everithing is new and the interior design is beautiful. It has a pinpon table, bikes, toys, everything to have a great family time!

Beautiful Home

This was probably one of the nicest, best decorated homes that we’ve stayed in. It felt so “home-y” and had so much space. I wasn’t expecting everything it had available. The closest beach appeared to be closed down at the time, but Ft Meyers wasn’t too far away & that beach was great too. We had a blast!

Gorgeous vacation home!

Very bright and inviting as soon as you walk through the doors. Lots of sliders through whole house really enhance the incredible view of the water. I loved the split concept and multiple entertaining areas both inside the home and out back. My favorite spot was at night on a lounger watching the lights reflect on the water and just the peace and tranquility of it all. Not to mention LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Will definitely stay again!!

Favorite place in Florida now!

Wonderful place to stay! From start to finish everything was perfect. The home is beautifully decorated and kept, location was perfect. Breathtaking views of the canal while enjoying the pool and lanai. We even saw a manatee right off the dock! Everything you could need was in the home and more. My children are teens so they loved the extras included, like pool basketball hoop, ping pong, bags and bikes. Very easy to bike to the marina for restaurants and shopping. We don’t normally stay in Cape Coral because we like to be close to Fort Myers beach and Sanibel. But we found this location to be very convenient to still enjoy Fort Myers/Sanibel and also enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Cape Coral. Gina the host really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, whether it was directions, recommendations, or accommodations. We have been traveling to the Fort Myers area for about 7 years now and this by far was our most favorite stay! My only hesitancy about writing this review is that I feel this place is a total hidden gem and I selfishly don’t want more people to find out about it because then it might be hard to book, and we for sure are planning on coming back!

The house was great. It had everything you would ever need to enjoy your stay. Wonderful porch and pool as well as a great dock for easy canal access ! The host was very helpful with any questions we had and quick to respond :) Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood! The fact that it has a living room and family room both was an added bonus. One thing that might be helpful to know is if you're planning to cook the kitchen is a little sparse on some pots , utensils etc. The pool was very comfortably heated and we spent lots of time on the lanai even spotted a manatee once!

We want to come back. Everything was perfect! This house was perfect for the 4 of us, but it could hold more people. The home was very clean and in a great location . The owner/manage was great to work with.

Absolutely Amazing House!!!!

Our group of six adults had a fantastic vacation in this absolutely amazing house! Great location for the beach, shopping and restaurants, great views, very clean and modern home. The setting is peaceful and relaxing. The house is well kept and spacious with open rooms. This is an absolutely beautiful and wonderful home.
