We are living in our Dream Home! Built during 2020, our gray & teal Craftsman boasts a large lower level (9 foot ceilings) with private entrance and daylight windows perfect for your vacation get away while we live in the upper level.

The large family room, TV, games, toys, dining area, and kitchenette make your stay together comfortable and memorable. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms for your family and friends to utilize while you stay in this beautiful countryside home.

Just outside your lower level sliding glass doors you will find a salt water hot tub with seven seats and a patio for outdoor dining with table chairs and gas grill.

There is a huge side yard perfect for a game of football or frisbee. A fire ring is close by for an evening of hotdogs and marshmallows. With woods behind you, fields around you, and horses in the nearby pasture, you will be able to relax and enjoy the fresh air and gorgeous sun rises or bright night skies!

Our driveway provides plenty of free parking with marked diagonal spots for our guests. The lower level is entered by using our front sidewalk and going down a series of eight long steps before entering your private sliding door entrance.

We are only five miles from Madriver Ski Lodge , Ohio Caverns, and Marmon Valley Horse Farms. Bellefountaine boosts a traditional Midwest downtown with several fun shops, coffee spots and fine eateries.

We are one hour from Columbus, one hour from Dayton and one hour from Cedarville University.
