Needle Rush Point Condominiums is a rustic Perdido Key resort that extends from beachfront to riverside, giving you options for your gulf coast getaway. You'll enjoy 2 pools, one Beachside and the other outdoor pool just across the street on the Bayside. Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find 2 Docks and On-Site Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. NO Grills, electrical, gas or charcoal allowed at the condo (this is grounds for eviction).
3. This resort is Smoke-Free. No Smoking in condo, on balcony or common areas.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 30 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 30 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Condo at Needle Rush Point

Our unit was well furnished and equipped. Granite counters throughout, and the master bath shower was stunning! The kitchen was wonderful, including a built in ice-maker. We really enjoyed our vacation!

Steps To The Beach (literally)

Excellent location. Quiet and private. Just steps to the beach past the pool. Outside bathrooms so you don’t need to go into the unit if you are sandy or wet. Kitchen & bathrooms were remodeled which were great. Good pans and lots of dishes. Our main complaint was the king bed in the master was not comfortable- too soft & you sank in spots. The couch was also the same, you sank into the cushion -zero support. But there was lots of seating for the 5 of us to watch a movie. We also had a problem with the refrigerator door not staying shut but management came out and had it fixed first thing the next morning. We would consider staying in the unit again, our only reservation would be the mattress.

Great week

This is our 3rd year to stay at Needle Rush Point. It is a great location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. As soon as you walk in you can tell these owners want you to feel at home! Ginger was great to work with, quick with responses and made the rental process very easy. Highly recommend this property!

Couldn't Ask For More

Everything about this condo was excellent. Our family has been coming to Needle Rush Point for many many years and this is easily one of the nicest condos in the bunch. All of the condos here are nice, but this one has all the extra attention to detail that is so nice to have! VERY well equipped (AN ICE MAKER!), good communication from the owners, I couldn't ask for more. I was somewhat reluctant to write a good review because now I'm afraid others will book this unit when we return next year. Don't book this the week I'm here!

Great beach week!

Everything was perfect! The condo, as well as the entire complex, was well maintained and beautiful. We loved the decor of the condo and enjoyed being on the first floor with easy access to the pool and beach. Hoping to make this an annual vacation destination. Thanks for everything!

Fantastic condo! Great location.

Great spot for our family vacation. Everything was fantastic at this beachy condo until check out day. With having to wash and dry all sheets and towels it was a nuisance that the dryer didn’t work better. Dry times added more than an hour to our planned departure. We were lucky we washed some towels the night before which took 3 dry cycles. Other than this zero complaints!

Best spot on the Key!

We've been going to the Perdido Key area for years and this is by far our favorite unit! As soon as you walk in the door it feels like home! We love the decor of this unit and it was very accommodating. One of my favorite things about this unit is the location. It's not too far from anything! Orange Beach is literally just over the bridge, and going to watch the Blue Angels is just a little drive. Great restaurants are nearby that are family friendly. The owner was very nice and helpful with any questions we had--even sending us a text while we were there to let us know the Blue Angels were going to fly over our beach so we wouldn't miss it! She really goes the extra mile to make your stay fabulous!

Go Low Not High...(Rise)

I can't say enough about this wonderful condo! It has everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. Ground floor location gives you easy access to pool or beach. Riverside gives you a place for your boat and another pool. Walk to great restaurants and Flora-Bama. The owners were the nicest people and very accommodating. My family will go back soon!

This was our 2nd stay at this property and it will not be our last..already planning for next year. It is beautifully appointed with any and everything one might need to have the perfect vacation! I truly feel like I am home when I am there. Thanks to the wonderful owners who open their home so that others can also enjoy the beautiful Gulf!
