Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present 4203 10th Street. This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is conveniently located in the East Beach community offers an oversized yard, a large swimming pool, spacious indoor living spaces, and is only one home away from beach access. This is the perfect place for the whole family to relax and play! The oversized privately fenced back yard offers plenty of space for entertaining, lounging, and play area for the kids.

The first floor of this home features galley kitchen that opens to dining & living space perfect for entertaining. The large dining table will accommodate up to 8 people making it perfect for family dinners! One guest bedroom with adjacent bath are located off the main living area. Follow the hallway to the pool room. This area offers a large TV for streaming and pull out couch. Upstairs you'll find two guest bedrooms with adjacent baths as well as the master bedroom with an en suite bath. Sliding glass doors in the upstairs master bedroom lead to a large balcony overlooking a landscaped back yard & private swimming pool.

For an additional fee, the outdoor pool can be heated. Please note, the heat and jets are not available for use in the spa. Please speak with a property manager for additional details.

Location Location!

Very impressed with our stay, the beds were comfortable, and the house was as advertised! This property had a great yard for our dog and we enjoyed having breakfast on the patio and drinks in the pool. Very easy walk to the beach 1 block away.

Family vaca at a walk to the beach

Our family of 7 stayed 4 nights and I cannot how nice it was!! The house was amazing!! Even better than the pictures! The pool was fabulous and the grandkids spent most of their time there. We will definitely be back!

Great Family Time

Unfortunately we did not have good weather but the house provided a haven for good family fun. Bedrooms are exceptional. We had time for exploring the downtown area and the lighthouse, trying new restaurants and enjoying delicious ice cream. This is a great property and the second time we’ve stayed there.

Wonderful property and stay!

This property delivered everything as promised! Wonderful home and fantastic location. The dryer was not working properly, and the property management replaced the dryer the next day! Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family had a great vacation here near East Beach. The location was perfect - a quiet area of the island and just a short walk to the beach where the grandkids found many treasures at low tide. We enjoyed eating meals on the back porch, and, of course, enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was well furnished, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space both inside and out. We will definitely be looking into staying here again!

Quiet East Beach With Wonderful Pool

We have stayed at SSI 3 times and we really ENJOYED this home. The coastal decor is lovely with a well stocked kitchen. The 4 KING beds/with on suites were perfect & comfortable for our family. Pool was very large and better than expected. There was plenty of shaded seating around the pool too. I would stay here again in the future

Perfect location

We were incredibly pleased with our stay at this East Beach house. The location could not be more perfect as it is a very short walk to the beach and just a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Also, the house is on a dead-end street so there is little pass-through traffic (very quite spot!). We especially want to thank the owners for allowing pets. Because we could bring Miss Sadee Mae with us, we were able to extend our stay to two weeks. The yard is fenced in and there is plenty of room for your pup to stay safe while outside. If I could change one thing, it would be for the option to pay to have the hot tub and pool heated (hot tub at a minimum). We stayed in October so there were some chilly days. Once we got there, the management team said this was not an option for guests. The management team was good to check in with us and was very responsive to questions. The house is spacious with 4 king rooms (just wow!). No one has to "sacrifice" with a lesser bedroom accommodation because they are all large, comfy and have their own bathrooms. This is such a bonus with the adults. The house was well stocked with all the essentials. The layout of the home is just great with plenty of space. Our family would congregate in the large living room or work a puzzle on the spacious dining room table. Before I pulled out of the driveway to come home, I was already looking at the calendar to see when we could come back. I highly recommend this house!

House is a 5, rental agent 1

The house itself is really nice, great location - quiet street near beach access. The description and pictures on VRBO are very accurate. Beds were comfortable, showers worked well. Note that as described, the house is only stocked with essentials - just one kitchen garbage bag, two dishwasher pods, no dish brush/sponge. Back yard is very nice, my son's dog had a great time - we blocked the one small unfenced bit with the trash bin. We did not use the spa - could not get the heater to work and thought I would ask the agent when they returned one of my calls - but they never did call me back. We cooked a lot, all the appliances are very new and work well. Would be nice if there were a few more bath towels and extra blankets. Our issues were with the rental agent - between the owner and VRBO - we never communicated with the actual owner. Prior to booking, Hodnett responded to inquiries fairly quickly. Prior to arrival - they did respond to a question about check in, but not very quickly. After our arrival they never once replied or acknowledged any of my communications. I prefaced everything with not an "emergency" because it was a holiday weekend but it was also my [expensive] vacation. We had problems getting the TV to work, internet issues, running the clothes dryer, and also reported a few minor property damages we noticed on arrival. I received no response from Hodnett - I used the VRBO app, the Hodnett app, and also left voice mails. We did work out the problems, but it definitely detracted from the experience. I have always dealt directly with owners on VRBO - they have always been happy to answer questions by text or VRBO messaging to help us settle in to the property, too bad we had the rental agent instead. St Simon's is a wonderful place to vacation - this house would be very comfortable for families or friend groups - we were 5 adults and one dog.

Fabulous Spring Break Trip

We had a fabulous week spending spring break together. The property was described accurately and communication with the property management company was wonderful. The added parking area was very helpful. We would 100% rent this property again.
