THE SPACE
This home offers 3 bedrooms:

- Primary Bedroom: King size bed, adjoining bathroom with combo tub/shower
- Queen Bedroom: Comfortable bedding, in room sink area separate from the bathroom.
- Twins Room: Two twin beds, suited for guests of any age. Shares jack-n-jill bath with the queen bedroom.

Common areas to enjoy:
- Comfortable living room featuring some of our favorite art, and a big TV.
- Dining room off the kitchen with seating for 6
- Well equipped kitchen
- Separate family room as a second gathering place, with its own 65" TV
- Big screen porch with al fresco dining and views of the pool and large private backyard.

Best of all is our beach location - one house back from the 6th street beach access entrance - about 50 yards. The 6th street beach access offers a GREAT stretch of beach - never crowded, always plenty of sand at low and high tides, and plenty of room to walk in both directions.

Parking is located in the front of the home. Enough space for 3-cars.

6th Street is a quiet street with great neighbors and the best beach on East Beach.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
