Bienvenue dans notre belle maison au bord de l'eau, située dans une très jolie section de SW Cape Coral. Portes coulissantes en verre de 3 pièces ouvertes sur un lg. véranda pour étendre votre espace de vie. La piscine d'eau salée chauffée est exposée à l'est pour profiter des levers de soleil avec votre café du matin. Prenez un bain de soleil, faites griller sur le barbecue ou asseyez-vous et admirez le pittoresque canal d'eau saumâtre et observez les poissons sauter et d'autres animaux sauvages. Location de bateaux disponible pour explorer les canaux avec accès au golfe. Des vélos sont disponibles pour utiliser et explorer le quartier calme et au-delà. Quai privé sur le canal pour se détendre, pêcher ou amarrer votre location de bateau. La maison est joliment meublée. Cuisine entièrement équipée comprend, micro-ondes, machine à glaçons, comptoirs en granit, draps entièrement fournis, laveuse / sécheuse, télévision à écran plat de 48 pouces dans le salon, chambre principale (numéro de sommeil roi bd) et téléviseurs et 2e lit queen. Lecteurs DVD et Wi-Fi inclus. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Près de Captva, des îles Sanibel et de Ft. Plage de Meyers. Beaucoup de merveilleux restaurants et terrains de golf dans la région.

Our family had a wonderful time in this relaxing VRBO over spring break. Having a heated pool was such a godsend since it was windy and a little overcast for most of our trip. The owners were super accommodating and attentive.

Beautiful stay at Villa Isabella!

We spent a wonderful time here together as a family and always felt home and comfortable. Your house really has everything you need to be happy. We enjoyed the canal view, jumping into the pool whenever we wanted to and the barbecueing in the evenings. We can recommend this lovely place in every sense.

Wonderful stay

Villa Isabella is a sweet place to stay. The home is beautiful and the furniture is very comfortable. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Jim and Ruth are very nice and always ready to help if situations arise.

Great place! Great stay!

First, the owner is a terrific person to work with; very pleasant and intent on making your stay the best it can be. The property is very nice and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool was great! We spent almost every evening in the pool. I would recommend this place to anyone. We enjoyed it very much.

The villa was as pictured and a great base to explore the surrounding area. It was very clean and comfortable, and had basic necessities and more which came in really handy during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent and he arranged for the pool to be heated as soon as realising that we wanted to use it. The area was quiet and we loved watching the sunrise and sunset. The pool area was spacious with plenty of seating options. We made use of the bikes provided. It was a fantastic home to come back to and relax at the end of the day. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if returning to Cape Coral.

Unforgettable stay

This is the second time I rent this property, it’s a paradise that you can keep coming over and over, everting from cleanliness to communication with owners are wonderful, I recommend this property to anyone that wants special and unforgettable vacation with family, you will have a great time in the heated and very clean pool or catching a fish at the canal, taking a walk around beautiful neighborhood it’s magical, I really love it and hope everyone else too, thanks so much James for your all your help

Great Vacation

Had such a great time, house was perfect for us and Jim and Ruth were outstanding! Had a great time in the pool and fishing in the channel was an added plus. House was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Would go back in a heart beat, don’t pass on this gem! Thanks Jim and Ruth

Wonderful Stay

We were in Florida to purchase a condo and this home provided a respite during the hectic week we spent here. The home had everything we needed and more. Coffee on the lanai watching the sun come up was just so beautiful and peaceful. The owners even allowed us a late checkout as our flight was not departing until 6:00pm. We highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to spend quality time in Florida.

Amazing rental place

We spend a wonderful vacation, property manager was always on top of whatever question or help you need, the house in incredible stocked, clean and very well maintained, amazing quiet and beautiful neighborhood, the access to the canal its very convenient and fun, we were able to catch several fish, my kids even touch from the bridge a sea caw, the pool very clean, toys, kayak, beach umbrellas and chairs were very convenient, I cant said enough about how much we enjoyed this family vacation, we really want to come back to villa isabella, Thanks James for all you help
