La piscine d'eau salĂ©e chauffĂ©e est exposĂ©e Ă  l'est pour profiter des levers de soleil avec votre cafĂ© du matin. Prenez un bain de soleil, faites griller sur le barbecue ou asseyez-vous et admirez le pittoresque canal d'eau saumĂątre et observez les poissons sauter et d'autres animaux sauvages. Location de bateaux disponible pour explorer les canaux avec accĂšs au golfe. Des vĂ©los sont disponibles pour utiliser et explorer le quartier calme et au-delĂ . Quai privĂ© sur le canal pour se dĂ©tendre, pĂȘcher ou amarrer votre location de bateau. La maison est joliment meublĂ©e. The villa was as pictured and a great base to explore the surrounding area. It was very clean and comfortable, and had basic necessities and more which came in really handy during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent and he arranged for the pool to be heated as soon as realising that we wanted to use it. The area was quiet and we loved watching the sunrise and sunset. The pool area was spacious with plenty of seating options. We made use of the bikes provided. It was a fantastic home to come back to and relax at the end of the day. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if returning to Cape Coral.

My husband and I just spent 2 weeks here with our four boys (7m -9y) and had the best time. Jim was extremely responsive and immediately went above and beyond to fix the few tiny initial hiccups we had. Because of that, we were able to have the best time! The house was equipped with absolutely everything we could’ve needed and then some which we really appreciated. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming the entire time and barely had to leave the house! The check in and check out process were also the easiest we’ve experienced! Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family. We would definitely be interested to visit again in the future!

Home away from home

We have been coming here for four years. Villa Isabella is located in an area where there’s not much traffic so it’s pretty quiet. The home has a master bedroom with Roku TV. There are two other bedrooms with a really nice bathroom in the hall. The pool area is enclosed and just outside of the enclosed area is an outside shower and a door that opens up to the hall where the bathroom is so you don’t have to walk though a large area to get to the bathroom. Jim and Ruth are wonderful renters and have connections in this area so they know the people that they call to help with any problems are well trusted and quick to answer.i am already looking forward to next year.

Great February stay

My Wife and I really enjoyed our month long stay at this 3 bedroom house located on a canal. This house had a well furnished kitchen as we ate most of are meals there. We loved eating on the lanai by the pool watching boats go by and fish jumping in the canal.We stayed in the master Bedroom with a comfy King bed. Family room is a nice size with a large screen TV.The house is plenty large enough for a family of 6 or 2 separate couples.Some of the extras we loved:Even though we were blessed with beautiful weather, we really enjoyed the heated pool.The two Kayaks provided were great for checking out homes along the canal.They have 4 bikes available, 2 adult and 2 - children. We rode through out the neighborhood checking out beautiful homes and getting our exercise.Several fishing rods were available and we did catch several fish! The owner, Jim, was very responsive and answered all my questions.

Beautiful stay at Villa Isabella!

We spent a wonderful time here together as a family and always felt home and comfortable. Your house really has everything you need to be happy. We enjoyed the canal view, jumping into the pool whenever we wanted to and the barbecueing in the evenings. We can recommend this lovely place in every sense.

Beautiful home, beautiful area!!

Such a perfect home to stay in. From the pool to the canal to all the extras! Bikes, scooters, beach gear. Any household item you could need is there also. Spacious rooms, cozy beds, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed fishing from the canal. My 3 kids were in the pool the ENTIRE time. And Jim couldn’t have been a more gracious host. Great communicator, responsive to any needs. Looking forward to staying again!

Wonderful stay

Villa Isabella is a sweet place to stay. The home is beautiful and the furniture is very comfortable. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Jim and Ruth are very nice and always ready to help if situations arise.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet area not much boat traffic. As it is toward the end of the canal system but we enjoyed the peacefulness. We live in the country and like our space this is the right place for us. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay we look forward to next year. The Schmidts

Amazing

This property was absolutely gorgeous!! My kids had so much fun kayaking, fishing, and of course swimming the beautiful pool. Was the best Thanksgiving and Birthday I've ever had!!! Sanibel Island and Fort Myers were beautiful! We even went parasailing this trip which was a blast. We checked out the Ecological Preserve and the Veteran's Memorial. So much to do in the area!!! I would love to come back! ❀❀❀❀

Florida in August

We had another great week in Florida, especially at Villa Isabella. Jim was very thorough with his communication, easy to get in touch with, but more importantly runs a great property. We will look to rent here again in the future. Thank you Jim and Ruth.
