The home is within walking distance of shops, and restaurants, and only a few minutes driving distance from Cape Coral Beach Boathouse Tiki Bar & Grill and the world-renowned Sanibel and Captiva Islands.

An open concept brand-new kitchen area, with granite countertops, lies at the center of the home. The large kitchen island can be used for dining, while a separate bar with built-in wine cooler, and coffee station, are great for beverages or refreshments. An ocean theme, view of the pool, and both natural and bright lighting, accentuates the cobalt blues, and aqua colors, used throughout.

The family room, that adjoins the kitchen area, offers lots of comfortable seating, for television, entertainment, movies, or a place to simply relax and recover, from a day in the pool or at the beach.

Outside of the family room, and visible by most rooms in the home, is a private Lanai, swimming pool, and surrounding patio deck areas, that are spacious with lush palm trees, and colorful flowers. The area contains several conversational places, with seating to chat, play games, and enjoy refreshing drinks, while watching the orange sunsets, that only Florida can offer.

Near the entrance, a brightly lit chandelier, can illuminate a large formal dining room table, big enough to comfortably host eight or more people, for a Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. The adjoining casual living room, is a great place to comfortably rock, relax, converse, or plan your day at the beach. The master bedroom, has a seating area, walk-in closet, and a master bathroom, with separate tub and shower, and a bidet.
