Total 2300 sqf living space. Friendly for family. Large 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a hot tub, 2 living rooms with huge TV for entertainment. Premium couch for extra living. Very big back yard for fun at night. Spaceful garage for parking. Very big back yard with patio set for fun at night.

Amazing house with plenty of room for the entire group. Quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive to questions we had during our stay. If this site is available again on our next trip we will definitely book again.

Water pressure is so low only one person could shower at a time. The other shower would just drip. Also the sink wouldnt work if some one is in the shower at the same time.

The house was very roomy. Just a few minor things. Like old worn out patio furniture. The stairs have a few missing boards. Old food in refrigerator and no face towels for us. Other than that it was great just touch up a few things for future renters

Needs improvement

Before booking, I had read some reviews about someone else walking in the house during their stay. I reached out to the host and asked. He assured me no one would be walking into the home while we were renting it. So that was great to hear. I booked it. I received the door lock code and instructions, however when you park and walk down the walkway, there are 2 doors, one on your left and one on your right. Both have keypad locks. I tried the code on the left door, it did not work, so I tried the door on the right, and it worked. There should be clarification which door you are supposed to use. Then, the fridge was dirty, and smelled kind of like fish. There was a dirty dry sponge in the kitchen sink, only 1 washcloth that I could find for the whole house (2 1/2 bathrooms) and only 1 hand towel per bathroom. There have been reviews back in 2023 and 2024 of the stair treads being broken. That is still the case. The beds were rock hard and super uncomfortable. It could use a better maid to clean and definitely some maintenance done, but we didn’t spend much time there, and didn’t eat there, so no of these issue really mattered. However, if I were to be at the house more or eat there, I would have been super disappointed. The house is super big and has plenty of seating though.

Manage your expectation

The property is in a good location about 20 minutes west of the strip and there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. The property is sparsely furnished and the furniture is of low quality. It also needed some repair as there was a long strip of trim that broke off from one of the stair's steps. The dining chairs are very wobbly as if they would break at any time so we did not use them. The garage is nice and big and easily parks 2 cars. There is a housekeeper who lives in the casita next to the garage. She's very nice but doesn't speak English. The owner does speak and understand English. During our stay, we found lots of frozen meat left in the freezer so we did not use the fridge. We also could not check in on time due to a previous guest who was still there when we arrived at the property (check-in time is 3 pm and we arrived at around 4:30 pm). After speaking with the owner on the phone we left and came back later in the evening. However, the house was filled with the smell of marijuana, both upstairs and downstairs. I guess the previous guests were smoking the weeds and the housekeeper couldn't get rid of the smell in time. Again we got on the phone with the owner and the housekeeper tried to light a candle and sprayed some air freshener. Unfortunately, the smell didn't subside until the day we checked out 3 days later. We had to wash the bed sheets and pillow covers during our stay to lessen the smell. It was very uncomfortable even with the windows opened for fresh air.
