Came to Vegas for a family wedding and stayed here with adult family members. Super comfortable beds, great backyard patio and well equipped kitchen for cooking meals, saving us expenses on not having to eat out. Lots of space for relaxing and enjoying our time with family. Great proximity to our wedding venue, the Strip and Fremont Street. This property is on a busy street corner but with a wonderfully enclosed patio the street traffic did not impact our stay and we were able to enjoy lovely evenings outdoors. Jason is an amazing host and was quick to respond to inquiries we had. Highly recommend this property and will stay here again should we get to Vegas again. Thank You!!!

We had 7 adults for this stay and it was perfect. The house is very clean and the kitchen is roomy and well stocked. It’s centrally located to shopping and entertainment. A little road noise, but nobody noticed it at night. Everyone enjoyed their privacy and plenty of bathrooms for all. Very spacious outside patio. The host was always very responsive
which is something I value. I would certainly stay again.

Excellent Place To Stay

This is a great place to stay in the Summerlin Area. Close to the JW Marriott and Shopping, it was Spacious and Clean. The host, Jason, was responsive and helpful from the beginning of the reservation. I highly recommend staying here!

Great homebase for Red Rock Canyon Climbing

Just right for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). The air hockey table was a hit with the younger kids. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked each night. There were plenty of extra supplies.

What a House!

Good for families

I enjoyed staying here with my family. It is off of a main road but didn’t bother us. House was very clean when we checked in and communication with the host was quick and easy.

Great place to stay!

House was a great place as we explored Las Vegas, Valley of Fire, Red Rock, and Death Valley! The check-in, checkout and all communication was so easy and host was very responsive!! Our kids loved the games and the projector. Beds were comfy and the house was clean!

Las Vegas getaway

We were very happy with this property. Summerlin is a beautiful area of the Las Vegas metro area. Getting “anywhere” we wanted to go, including downtown and the Strip, was an easy drive and/or easy Uber trip. The host for this property was inordinately responsive to all communications. The property itself is clean, well-stocked, and managed well. The only downside is that it is located on a rather busy street. The noise was obvious, although not a game-changer for us. We definitely would stay here again.

90th bday

We celebrated my mother-in-law's 90th birthday and had family stay at the house. House was great! Had everything we needed and enough beds for all of us. Jason was very quick to reply to any of our messages.

Host communication was prompt, helpful and friendly. Property was clean and well equipped. Downstairs bedroom guests would have appreciated a dresser for their clothes. Property is adjacent to busy street that was a bit noisy at times but not a deal breaker.

Worked for what we were there for.

On a busy street. Street noice if trying to enjoy the back patio. Would be nice to have instructions on operating the projector TV. Over all it was well equipped.

Everything was clean and as advertised. The futon leg was lose before we stated so we didn’t use it (just want to let you know). Everything was close and all we needed was nearby. Hosts were very responsive.
