Four bedroom , two bath pool home near disney. Fully stocked with linens, bedding and dishes, cookware. Two Queen beds and one twin trundle bed , two twin beds that are bunk beds. Cable tv. , Roku, WiFi . Mini golf course in back yard behind pool. Covered lanai area to sit and enjoy being by pool even if its raining.
Posner park shopping mall only one mile from home with many stores and restaurants! Hobby Lobby.. Millers Ale house, marshalls, ross, many more .. pool can be
Heated for $25 per day extra, if outside temps drop below 53 degrees , the pool heater can not work until temps rise above 53 degrees.

Legoland vacation

The home was cozy and in a good area. Close to food and attractions. The pool was nice and the mini golf was a fun little thing to do. My only complaint is we stayed for a week and were not left any toilet paper or trash bags. Only two trash bags and a half of a roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms.

Great House

We enjoyed this house as a family of 5, plenty of space and close enough to Sea World. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a week.

Do it! you won't regret it!

The 9 hour trip ended at the perfect spot. Pool was warm (definitely worth it to have heated) The house was clean and everything was there that we needed except the groceries. The host was very responsive and super nice about everything. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend staying here.

Never again

Do not recommend. Old, cluttered and nasty furnishings. Pool door egress unsafe. Nasty black residue from washing machine onto clothing. No care or pride taken in this home.

We would stay again anytime.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The check in was so easy, the place is very clean with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the couch in the frontroom is so comfy and great for families. The pool was amazing and the boys had fun with the mini golf

Quick Weekend Visit

My son and I arrived Friday morning about 2am due to our flight from Memphis, Tennessee. I notified the host of our arrival time and she was very accommodating. The home was clean, well decorated and exactly as pictured on the website. The host was very responsive when I had questions. I couldn’t give the location 5 stars simply because the cookware and bakeware had obvious warping of tell-tale signs that inadequate heating had occurred. They should’ve been replaced. The stove didn’t heat properly. The right large eye on the stove stayed on high continuously. To simply make bacon in the oven and pancakes on the stove was an adventure.

Nice spot

Really easy for check in. Well appointed. Tbe master shower water pressure wasnt grwt but seems to be type of shower head (rainfall). Also would recommend some darkening window covering (blackout curtains/curtains) in bedrooms. Once it got to 6/630 there was no sleeping in.

Perfect location sitting between Legoland and Disney/Universal and nice cozy pool area. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

My family loved staying here. The pool was cold but clean I had a known a heater was available to make it warmer. I would have utilized it, but Orbitz doesn’t have that option. My kids loved looking over the fence and seeing the cows and the field behind the property and we may have fed them an orange or two. Easy check in and check out. Thanks for a great time in Davenport.

Baseball Trip

Our son was playing in a college baseball tournament. This house was in a perfect location to make it convenient to the fields and not far from where the team was staying. Neighborhood was perfect for early morning walks and close to stores and restaurants.

Going to Disney? Stay here!

We stayed here for a couple of days due to its proximity to Disney. We absolutely loved the property. House is beautiful, clean, and is plenty of space for a family of 4. It was chilly so we didn’t use the pool, but the backyard is a very nice setup with lots of space in the lanai and pool deck. The area is very nice and there is plenty of options around for food in the immediate area. Travel time with traffic to Disney was around 40 min but we were heading there at rush hour, otherwise it’s about a 22 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you to the host!

Great for Florida getaway!

This was a great stay! Kitchen was well equipped (though expect to purchase most expendables like oil, salt, dish sponge, etc.). We enjoyed the pool; there were pool towels and toys that the kids loved! There was plenty of seating for watching movies and enjoying meals as a family.

Must Stay

It is a cozy home with all the amenities that you need for your stay. We had an amazing time and the neighborhood is safe as well. Rebecca was so responsive and the rooms were a total Disney experience.

Almost perfect 4.5 - a couple tweaks and a solid 5

This is a very well appointed property which is very comfortable and had the kinds of things we look for; lamps on both sides of the bed, cotton sheets, good beds, new appliances, great common space, etc. The house is nicely decorated and with the pool would be ideal for a young family heading to Disney (we weren’t). The only negatives to me were the misty shower in the master bath (misting rain shower vs strong stream) and the Nest thermostat. The shower probably isn’t cheap and some might even like it, but we used the 2nd (normal) shower. Other issue was the thermostat which was apparently set on ECO, managed remotely and when we returned from a long hot day the house was at 82+ degrees and it would take two hours to cool it down. Thought we’d addressed it with management but it continued through our trip. Suggest the owner allow the renters to manage the temperature themselves (provide instructions if necessary). This house has a lot going for it and check in/check out was a breeze. The above not withstanding, I’d still recommend.

Great stay experience

The property was like being at home. We have absolutely nothing bad to say. I am not a hot weather person, luckily the weather was 70-75 most days and the AC works like a dream.. The pool is perfect to sit in or around and watch the cows graze, there is no smell of the farm so please don't let that worry you.

Very Comfortable Home!

The house is truly a home-away-from-home! The swimming pool was clean , is a great size with a shallow end(3 ft deep) & goes down to a deep end (6 ft). We had the pool heated so it warm but not too warm, it was perfect. The sun shines over the pool area until late afternoon so it’s perfect for tanning. Very quiet neighborhood! We stayed over 30 nights & loved staying there, it just felt like home! Our only disappointment was the 3 hole mini golf course needs some work, we didn’t use it because it’s in rough condition. Overall, a definite 10 rating!

Great for families

This house is perfect for families! My boys loved the bunk beds. There were some board games and books they were able to use. I loved that the pool is fenced. There were even pool toys available for use. Nice decor, and not lots of breakable things we needed to protect from our rowdy boys. The putting green in the back was the chef’s kiss on a fun place for my family to relax.
