Come escape the monotony and enjoy this slice of heaven only 5 min walk to the beach! This house can host up to 6-7 adults comfortably and up to 8 total with kids as there is a bunk bed setup in the kids room. **Please note the pool heat is included only Dec through April. Outside of this it can be turned on with 24-hour notice at $25/per day with a minimum of $150 per stay.

This was our first time visiting Marco Island and Drew’s house is in a perfect location! We made the short walk to South beach each morning to search for shells and then spent the warmer afternoons in the heated pool. We walked back to the beach each evening to watch the spectacular sunsets.This house is one of the best equipped places we have stayed at, I would definitely stay there again. Drew was very easy to communicate with. We also very much appreciated being able to get in the house a bit early upon arrival.

Excellent stay

The house was exactly as described. Very comfortable spacious home with everything provided including but not limited to beach gear with a cart and pool toys. Pool was a major highlight for our family. Host had very good regular communication. Highly recommend!

First Anniversary Trip

My husband and I stayed at this property for our first anniversary trip. The house was spacious with three bedrooms and lots of beds and sleeping space to choose from, including a pull out couch. It was very clean upon arrival, and Drew always responded to questions or concerns within a few hours even though he was traveling himself for work. We will definitely be booking here again if we are in the area!

Great Fall break

Quiet neighborhood. Clean roomy house. Tons of beach stuff in garage. Pool is nice break from ocean. Kitchen fully stocked. Quick communications from Drew. Only positive things to say !

Location Location Location

Parking on Marco Island can be tricky but when you rent this house you are a short 2 block walk to the public entrance (not to mention 7-Eleven for slurpees). House was exactly as described. Lots of great extras in the garage including cruiser bikes, beach chairs, a beach wagon/cart and toys. Definitely not an upscale home as finishing touches are just not there (mismatched plates, trim missing, refrigerator too big for the cabinet it's in so it sticks into the kitchen) BUT it was perfectly clean, comfortable, and the host was fabulous. You will want for nothing at this home. We would stay here again without hesitation. The permanent resident neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well. Thanks for a great stay. Marco Island NEVER disappointes.

Good location

The place is roomy and well located. The cleaning crew which cleaned the place before we came was new and left dirty disheds in the dishwasher and damp towels we had to dry. Guests are expected to wash linens before checking out. I'm still trying to figure out why we had to pay a cleaning fee. The owner did say it was a new service and he did contact them about our complaints. Be aware that Marco Island is anti-rental so we were asked to be quiet after 8 pm because the neighbors would be scrutinizing us. While we were a group of seniors in town to celebrate a wedding and no partiers by any means, we did feel like we had to walk on eggshells. The owner did respond quickly when I did contact him.

Excellent For Family Vacation

We took a long weekend in Marco Island and Naples -- the location is great for beach, shopping and restaurants, very clean and comfortable, Drew is extremely responsive and checked in regularly. Great option for families - highly recommend.

Great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and the pool are was very nice. There were bikes available for use in the garage and the beach was within bike or walking distance. The owner checked in on us a couple times via the VRBO app to make sure we had everything we needed I would highly recommend this property.

Can’t beat the location. The beach, restaurants, quiet neighborhood all in one package.

Checkin and check out were a breeze. House had bikes and beach gear and beach towels, no need to bring anything. Washer and Dryer makes it easier to pack light. Neighborhood is quiet and very short walking distance from public beach access, great restaurants and convenience store. Great value compare to resorts, couldn’t be happier with our stay.
