This was perfect all around, right on the beach with a beautiful view and a short drive to historic district. We went for night of lights and didn't want to be in the mix of all the traffic. The place was clean and spacious and was everything we needed.

The condo is very well maintained and clean. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were nice, but the second/guest bathroom needs more storage space. It’s fine for kids, but not enough room for a second set of adults sharing the condo. Overall, the condo is the perfect location for those who want to have easy access to the beach.

Much needed vacation

The location was great. The apartment was very well maintained and every item needed was supplied.The only complaint was adequate parking. If you left your space and returned you were always out of luck. We were told to place a parking pass on dash in view but there were many cars in our area with no pass. Other than that is was GREAT. I will be returning.

Had a great stay! Easy access to the beach!! Right out the door and steps to boardwalk and beach! Long walks everyday! Beautiful sunrises! Lovely marsh views but still could see the ocean. Great communication with owner. Everything I needed for a beach stay! Towed, chairs etc!

So close to the beach!

We had a great stay. Great proximity to the beach, easy to get in and out. Unit was clean; size and layout was perfect for family with two teenage boys. Spare beach gear in the utility closet was a nice surprise.

Location! Location! Location!

This was a last minute little get away and Candy’s place did not disappoint. For less than two days we were able to enjoy downtown St Augustine , the beach in our backyard and lots of foodie options. Upon arrival we were able to get into our place a little earlier than the designated arrival time. The condominium was very clean and up to date. The view was so serene and beautiful. It was a little windy. However the weather did not disappoint. Thank you Candy for all your suggestions and we hope to return soon!

St Augustine Sea Place

The condo was perfect my husband and I! The bed was comfortable and the beach was just over the dune! The kitchen was big enough to cook anything we wanted. We came for the Nights of Lights and were not disappointed! The host was very responsive and left a few treats for our stay! If you are looking for a beach vacation , don’t think twice about St Augustine! With pristine white sand, and nearly private beach, it was just perfect! Would definitely rate this place by the sea as a 10/10! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this condo!! It’s spacious and its location right on the beach is amazing. Everything was clean and they have just the right amount of stuff to make you feel at home (beach chairs, towels, etc). Candy was extremely responsive and gave us all the info we needed. We definitely recommend this property for your stay in the St. Augustine area.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

My family enjoyed a great stay at Butler Beach. The property is clean, comfortable, and as close to the beach as you can get. The property owner is clearly a professional, and has thought of everything needed for a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again if I return to Butler Beach. Five stars!

Mothers Day Getaway

The location perfect, you can see the dunes and ocean peaking over the dunes. Right near the boardwalk to beach access and near the pool. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and very relaxing. I would highly recommend a vacation getaway here!

Lovely rental

We had a very nice stay at this condo. Candy was very nice to work with! The kitchen was well appointed, lots of fluffy towels for the bathrooms! We have rented in many different areas with several different companies over the years and rarely have any issues. For this particular rental, we BEG YOU TO REPLACE THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE. After a long day of beach and exploring, we had no where comfortable to sit. The couch literally squeaks no matter where you sit on it (we are not large people) and all the living room furniture was dirty and VERY worn. Other than that, our stay was very nice.
