Ultra lush and modern upscale home in the heart of Crown Point. Centrally located in San Diego. South of La Jolla, North of Downtown. Sea World is the nearest attraction, only a mile away. Steps from Mission Bay and a short walk to Pacific Beach. This home has it all!

Wonderful

What an amazing spot!! Diana was super communicative and the house was beautiful. Had all the amenities and was close to restaurants and shops. One of my best experiences when it comes to a vacation. Will definitely be back!!

Couldn’t be happier

This home is beautiful and in a great location. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and anything you need. The home had PLENTY of space for the 7 of us and we couldn’t have been happier! Strongly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again next time in San Diego!

Great location, home, and view!

Really enjoyed our stay and the property itself. It was perfect for what we needed. Owner was communicative and super helpful in getting in. Just wish everything didn't seem like an additional cost - early check-in had a fee, golf cart had a fee, I read that the bbq usage had a fee. When you're paying that much for a house, little things like early check-in and bbq should be included.

Family Time

Diana is very easy to communicate with and her property is beautiful, well maintained and centrally located. The description and pictures are accurate. Our favorite part of the stay was morning coffee on the rooftop deck. Very peaceful and lovely views. The only problem we encountered was that we had purchased groceries to grill the first night and there was no propane. She offered to have someone provide propane the next day if we submitted a $300 grill cleaning deposit (haven’t run into that before). Just a heads up in case you plan on grilling during your stay. I highly recommend Diana’s home for a San Diego getaway.

Immaculate home with top notch amenities. Beautiful layout and decor. This home is way better in person…we were blown away! Perfect place for family and friends to get together.

San Diego winter

New, clean home. Nice linens and good kitchen implements (for those who cook). The kitchen, living area and master suite are upstairs and the 3 remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor near the entrance. Two of the bedrooms share a jack and Jill bathroom. The other bathroom downstairs is accessed from the hall. The TVs are big but have no cable stations. The garage can’t be used for parking and street parking, while available, may not be convenient if you have more than one car.

Beautiful

Beautiful modern home. Many amenities. Clean and tidy. A few blocks from the bay. Nice roof too deck. 3 Bedrooms are downstairs which was nice separate from the master on upoer level.

It is centrally located to one of the largest water parks, where you can partake in a variety of water sports (sailing, swimming, canoing, paddle boarding, water skiing, surfing and more). It is also close to the interstate 5 and 8 which quickly take you to Gaslamp quarters, Mission Valley, La Jolla, Downtown, Balboa Park and many other attractions San Diego has to offer.

Our property is unique because it has all the amenities you need plus a killer view of the sail bay and the pacific ocean. Which showcase the most spectacular sunsets. We have high vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, king size beds in all the bedrooms and spacious gathering spaces.
