It's located 2 blocks off I-4, <1 mile to Disney World, 8 miles to Universal Studios, & 16 miles to MCO airport w/ amazing views of Lake Bryan, pool, sunrise, sunset, Disney Fireworks, Epcot, Disney Springs on the balcony & corridor. No resort fees! Starbucks, Dollar Store, Mini Golf, Walgreens, Applebees, & car rental are a few steps away! Fun, relaxing adventures w/ memories of a lifetime!

The bright, lakefront Disney- themed unit has a large bedroom with a king sized bed, a closet, and an attached private full bathroom with whirlpool jacuzzi tub.

Living room has a pull out queen sized sofa bed (sleeps 1 comfortably) and a bunk bed designed for children only down the hallway, guest full bathroom with whirlpool jacuzzi tub, and fully furnished kitchen with all appliances, utensils, granite countertop, tile floors, dining area with table, chairs, and bar stools.

High ceilings, central AC, ceiling fans, internet, cable tv, key card access only elevators, 2 fitness centers, children's arcade/ game room, private dock with gazebo, access to water sports, and tiki bar with drinks and snacks (seasonal)!

Washer and dryer are in the unit along with hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

It's on the 11th floor with gorgeous Lake Byran and pool views from the balcony. From the corridor on the opposite side, you can view the fireworks from Disney World every evening at 9pm and a full view of the city!

The unit is <1 mile to Disney, 2 miles to premium outlet mall, 5 miles to Seaworld, 6 miles to convention center, 8 miles to Universal Studios, 8.5 miles to Gatorland, & 16 miles to Orlando International airport (MCO).

From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologise in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event.

Guests can check in after 4 pm at the front desk from 7am to 11pm. If the arrival is outside those time lines , please let me know in advance so arrangements can be made.

Garage parking is free on site. A parking pass will be given to you at check in. There's EV outlet (bring your own charger) in Tower 2 garage parking.

Rental cars, Lyft, and Uber are convenient methods of transportation.
