Magnifique condo au bord de l'eau Ă  quelques minutes de Disney

Fantastique station balnéaire, située à un quart de mile de la sortie 68 de l'I4, à moins d'un mile des portes de Disney, à trois miles de Sea World et à sept miles d'Universal Studios.

Cette unité peut accueillir six personnes, avec une chambre principale, un canapé-lit queen dans le salon et une grande zone superposée juste à cÎté de la chambre principale.

La gestion de la réception est sur place pour un enregistrement pratique, ainsi qu'un espace de réunion pour répondre aux besoins de votre entreprise.

Profitez d'une vue magnifique depuis notre balcon au 10Úme étage donnant sur une magnifique piscine de forme libre et le magnifique lac Bryan de 400 acres. Notre unité est entiÚrement meublée et complÚte avec tous les appareils jusqu'aux réglages de la vaisselle! Plancher de tuiles partout, comptoirs en granit, plafonds de neuf pieds, ensemble de divertissement (à la fois dans le salon et la chambre principale), laveuse et sécheuse, baignoire à jets dans la salle de bain principale et bien plus encore.

À l'extĂ©rieur, profitez d'un accĂšs complet au lac, oĂč vous pourrez faire du jet ski
ou tout simplement vous détendre au bord de la piscine. Il y a un centre de fitness et une salle de jeux vidéo juste à cÎté de la piscine ainsi que le parcours de golf miniature Hawaiian Rumble est juste à cÎté. Seize terrains de golf sont à une courte distance. Restaurants et boutiques, y compris un immense centre commercial, ne sont qu'à quelques minutes. La nuit, profitez d'une vue sur le balcon avant de l'affichage des feux d'artifice Disney ou d'un siÚge sur votre balcon et admirez le magnifique lac et la piscine.

Advertised sleeps six with a queen size hidabed, bunk beds and one bedroom. When our son and his wife pulled out the hidabed, one corner was completely ripped out at one corner at the foot of the bed. I did take pictures of it, just in case I would be able to add photos. They kept falling in that whole all night that first night. The rest of our 11 day stay our son slept on the folded up couch, his wife on the bottom bunk and their daughter on the top bunk. Not very ideal accommodations. We have been super excited for the trip to celebrate my mother's 95th birthday. We did not let it ruin our trip. We dealt with it and had a wonderful trip.However, our son has double hip replacements and hardware in his low back. After sleeping on that couch for 10 days, he came home in tremendous pain. There was one washcloth, 4-5 bath towels, one very small skillet. We had to borrow from my sister while there. The toilet paper holder in the main bathroom would not stay on the wall. Other than not being properly equipped for that period of time, it was a nice play. Son and granddaughter did take advantage of the pool. We enjoyed the Tiki Lounge a couple nights. People in the area seemed friendly and helpful.

Another great stay at the Blue Heron

This is our third time staying at the Blue Heron Beach Resort and won’t be our last. This condo was in excellent condition. It was clean and perfect for two people. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen seemed well stocked though we didn’t use it much. Host was responsive to communication. Would definitely rent this condo again. The pool was large, heated, had plentiful loungers, and the Tiki Bar was a highlight. My only complaint would be the constant music playing at the pool which started every day at around noon and continued until 10 pm at least. I felt that detracted from our pool experience and was unnecessary and annoying. Instead of having 80s music blaring from all the speakers surrounding the pool, it would be better and much less intrusive to have it just playing at the tiki bar itself

Disney World with the grandkids

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights, one daughter and granddaughter joined us for 2 nights. We loved the pool and close proximity to restaurants and attractions. The unit was wonderful except for the shower in the main bedroom not working and it could really use more bath towels. Overall a great stay. Would stay again.

No communication with owner

Although the place was nice and in a great location, the owner never communicated on issues we had. We received our information (policies and prodcedures) that stated we could check in at 3:00. When we got to resort we were told we could not check in until 4:00 but we could contact owner who could send an email saying we could get in early. Sent message through VRBO plus called directly and left a message. Did not get any response. Lamp in bedroom was broken, dryer filter was broken and faucet in shower in main bedroom was very hard to pull up plunger to turn on shower. Communicated this to owner and no response again. We stayed previously in this same resort and with a different unit, and that owner was fabulous. Answered any of my concerns right away. Will choose other unit if we go back.

Nice property and surroundings

Property, pool and dock are really nice. Pool is heated and large, has a tiki bar with drinks and food and plenty of chairs. Owner was accomodating to give us early check in but it took about an hour because room cards wouldn't work in elevator. Got one to work then neither would work to get us into the condo. The third set finally worked for both. The condo had everything we needed. Some of the furniture was worn out but the view and location was good

Get away

We got away for a few days to watch our son play baseball over spring break. We weren’t at the condo much but they have a very nice pool, hot tub and sun bathing area overlooking a beautiful lake. Wish I brought a fishing pole. Good condo for the price. Definitely would stay again.

The Perfect Spot

We’re from the Sarasota area on the Gulf coast and came to Orlando to meet our daughter & granddaughter. (She was playing in a volleyball tournament at the convention center) There were some initial issues with the condo but the the owner responded immediately and they were rectified the very next day. The view was lovely - & the pool & hot tub great at the end of a long day! Would stay here again!

Great location

It was very comfortable. Clean, safe,. Great heated pool and hot tub. The tiki bar had great food and drinks. The communication with the manager was varied. We did have one problem- the main toilet had a leak. I texted the manager
 no response. 2days later they came and fixed it. Thank you. The shower in the main bathroom did not work, we showered in the other bathroom
 no problem. I have to say, the TV’s were very small, and the decor was very outdated. I was also not used to needing to supply all our paper supplies, and the front desk could not help with anything, but we had not stayed at a VRBO resort before. All that said we had a great two weeks there, and would come back to this place again.

Great stay at this condo. Very clean and well stocked. Felt safe. The view are beautiful from the 10 floor. Slept 4 adult women on a quick mom’s trip. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Blue Heron - very goodplace but needs a few things to be great

My wife and I booked to lodge during our daughter's cheer competition. Unit was nicely appointed, good value and great location near Disney and outlet mall area and restaurants. Beuatiful view overlooking lake and pool area! Only negatives are minor, but a little attention could make an impact. 1. TV's are old and small. Not Smart TVs. To some this could be a big issue, but not us. 2. Kitchen lacked supplies such as wine glasses ( there were two but they didn't match. Ice maker didn't work so we had to use trays and one was broken and had to be oitched. 3. Could not find unit specific wifi. Used Tower 1 access. All in all, we would stay there again if it is just two adults. Very good location and value for a nice condo.

Absolutely love this apartment. Stayed on the 10th Floor with a lake view. Fantastic location. Spotlessly clean. Everything you need. The best outlook both at the front and from the balcony. Will definitely book again.
