Great Escape on and off season

This is a Cottage that's been taken care of by the same family since new . Recently a complete makeover and upgrade was done to modernize your stay. The classic charm was polished and preserved.

We have made the choice to now share this Ocean environment with Others . Updated to the 21st century while trying to preserve the Cape Vibe and mix the two! Clean and Comfortable is the best description. We do not offer internet service as part of the rental. Cel service is very good.

30th anniversary trip

Fall foliage

Such a great spot to stay and roam around the cape to see the fall foliage. The neighborhood is in such a great spot and everyone in the area is so friendly. We were able enjoy our own little happy hour out in the patio after we return from seeing all the was to see on the Cape. Will definitely stay again !!

Weekend getaway

We had such a great time this weekend. The house was near and clean and had more than we could ask for. The outside patio and outside shower were great. The walk to the beach and the neighborhood were peaceful and inviting. We were able to see so much with this as our home base and will be back again soon!! Ty Matt 😊☀️🏖️

Get away

Perfect location for a perfect stay … the closeness of the beach - access to the paddle boards and other amenities was great …. Matt was quick to respond to the one question we had and assured us he was available if we had any other questions . Will definitely stay here again. *****

Bright and clean, and bed comfortable! Kitchen, laundry and living space very accommodating and appreciated. Had a few questions, and surprises. Matt responsive and helpful to all our questions! This being our 1st VRBO experience didn’t know what to expect or ask: a listing of kitchen items would have helped in bringing anything not listed along with us! Found the Harbor card and availability to other Warham beaches from talking to neighbor. Overall wonderful stay, these comments only made to help others enjoy their experience as well. Thank you

Quick getaway

Another great stay this week. We brought our bikes and took a ride on the canal bike path. Had dinner at Ella’s and just basically relaxed and enjoyed the area. Great home based down the Cape. We will definitely be back again.. ty Matt !

Rain or shine, cozy beach getaway...

Perfect location to enjoy everything the Cape has to offer. Minutes from great running, walking, and hiking trails to breathtaking sunsets make this the perfect getaway. Shopping and great local restaurants a short distance away. Cleanliness is important for this host, who is a text away. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay!

This is a great house so close to the beach. Everything was comfortable and clean. Awesome kitchen + deck, especially :) Easy check-in and super friendly communication with the host. Highly recommended. We hope to return next year! Thanks for a really lovely stay!
