In the heart of Marfa and with in walking distance to The St. George Hotel, The Chianti Foundation, Main Street, and several restaurants and bars. Originally a commercial building this unique, modern 1 bedroom apartment is an amazing place to relax and enjoy the sights and stars. This apartment features one bedroom and a large patio retreat with an amazing fire pit!
The space
This apartment can easily sleep up to 2 people with 1 bedroom. It has a nice size bathroom and an outdoor patio where you can rest under the stars!

The shower knobs are switched and you have to turn turn them the opposite direction so the cold knob is hot water and the hot is cold and you have to turn them a little extra hard to have them turn on. I hope you have a great stay in Marfa!




Other things to note
Marfa is dusty! You are in the middle of the desert so if things seem a little dusty it is normal! If there is a problem please contact us asap so we can send our crew to resolve it.

This place was mostly as described. Quaint, cute and just want you need to relax off the grid in Marfa. It’s close to most and definitely walkable to everything. It was easy access late at night after we arrived and felt safe! It is across the street from the 1 major gas station. Pros: - location is everything - bed was comfy and the sheets were the best I ever felt! (Compared to even hotels) - shower head was amazing- easy to access lock with no need to contact host. - not noisy (at least when we went) respectable neighbors with two dogs even. Cons: - only a window unit air conditioner and it did not keep up with July Texas heat, it was okay but still a little uncomfortable at night. - place did say bugs and dust expected. We had a ton of bugs every night swarming around, ants crawling all over things but we ended with a cockroach in our bed.- listing says theres a Pool - I assumed it was shared in the courtyard- no. you have to pay for daily access, at hotel a couple blocks away so that was misleading. -Bathroom is set up very tight, if you’re larger/tall sitting down on the toilet that’s blocked by the sink - will be a challenge to maneuver between. Overall a quick in and out fast weekend stay and only in the room at night it was fine. Added photos of the courtyard and shared kitchen for reference.

Marfa cutie

We enjoyed our overall stay. Very conveniently located making it easy to walk and wander all over Marfa- didn’t have to drive much. My only bother was how the bathroom was set up. Not exactly made for tall or long-legged people. But great price for a great 2 night stay.

This was a great property for our short stay in Marfa. The location is very conveniently located and there are plenty of dining, shopping, and points of interest all within walking distance. The interior is whimsical and everything seems well-appointed.

Quick Getaway

Everything was perfect. I couldn’t get over the shower head, perfect pressure and perfect shower stream. My only feedback is a curtain for bathroom window. It’s exposed to the back where the fire pit is.

I’d liked that there was no huge flatscreen TV staring at you the whole time. The room was charming. The manager was extremely conscientious and efficient. What was very poor about the property was it was noisy it’s next to the highway and the gas station. But what was worse there was no screen door so I got bitten by mosquitoes the whole time I was there. There was also no way to get a cross draft. The sink is not attached to the wall. The shower is a dribble I had to go to the pool to shower. I talked with the original owners of the property and they mentioned that no real upgrade has been done since they sold it.

Such a great spot I've come back twice.

Excellent location and hard to beat on price. The only quibble is the shower head needs to be swapped out, it's pretty much only allows just a dribble of water to come out. Probably just a hardware/sediment issue.

Perfect location, very comfortable, and dog-friendly

I stayed in space 1 for a few days in March 2023. The location is ideal, you can walk to everything within just a few minutes, and parking is right out front on the street so driving anywhere is easy as well. I found the room to be clean and well-kept and I enjoyed opening the window shade to look out on the street as I took time out in the afternoons. Ballroom Marfa is directly across the street so there's usually some good people-watching to take in.

Can't beat the location! Right across from Ballroom Marfa, The Get Go Market, Marfa Coffee. Guest pool access and bike rental is available at the Thunderbird Hotel at 10.00 a day per person or 25.00 a week. The shower knobs are switched and you have to turn turn them the opposite direction so the cold knob is hot water and the hot is cold and you have to turn them a little extra hard to have them turn on. I hope you have a great stay in Marfa!
