Over 1,500 sqft condo in the heart of Osage Beach. Our unit is completely renovated! You’ll love the size of the kitchen with granite, tile, newer stainless appliances and all the cooking equipment you’ll need! Enjoy the water front view from the 5th floor, in our large screened in deck, high top table, grill, corn toss, ping pong, and games! Good news there is an ELEVATOR and wagon to help you unpack, pack and go to the pool! Full size washer and drawer, newer linens , towels and bedding NEW COUCH. Full size dinning room table, TV’s in every room w/cable & Ruku, fireplace in living. Minutes from Osage Beach restaurants, shopping, golf courses, go carts, etc
. Our condo sleeps 7 adults, or 6 adults and 2 children comfort. Sorry no pets or smoking allowed. 3 beds/2 Baths. We do have an optional blow up mattress to sleep additional 2 people.

No smoking inside the condo. No pets allowed in the condo. When grilling, move grill away from bldg so it does not catch the building on fire.
Trash must be emptied when vacating condo. Large trash bin on the deck that can be used daily, bin must be emptied when leaving to dumpster on hill.
NO Trailer parking. Surdyke offers trailer parking. Chris Schultz at 1099 Runabout Dr. $2.00 a day if under 10 days. His number is xxx-xxx-xxxx.

The property location is perfect, close enough to the action but far enough away to relax. Teresa was great to work with and communicated very well. The grill and blackstone was definitely a nice added feature to the condo as many don’t have them at all.

Beautiful kitchen!

Communication was wonderful, Check Anne was easy. Great location next to port 20 for boat rentals. There were some maintenance issues. The top drawer of the dishwasher was not there, blinds were broken, just a few minor details like that. But it was a very comfortable stay nice and cozy.

Ozark stay

We loved the place it was exactly as described! Teressa was a great host and we will definitely be booking again when we come back. Only downside was it got really hot and the ac wasn’t the best but we had the lake and pool so it didn’t really matter.

Great Stay

My family enjoyed this condo during our Ozarks stay. I have two teenage sons and it was nice to have separate bedrooms for them. We had everything we needed. The listing was accurate and the place was very nice. We found a lot of enjoyment on the huge balcony overlooking the lake. This condo was also a close drive to all the attractions we went to. Overall, it was a great stay

Summer Vacation Round 1

We have stayed in this area for over 30 years and this is one of the nicest properties we have found. Great pool, easy access to boat dock, parking close to building and elevator too! CLEAN and spacious!

Summer Family Vaca

The condo was beautiful and fit our family of 6 perfectly. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was fantastic! The pool area was nice. Also having an elevator and a wagon to help carry in supplies was very beneficial being on the 5th floor. Spent every morning sitting on the deck drinking coffee was so relaxing.

Just what we needed

This condo has a ton of space! 3 bedrooms, all good-sized. The master suite is large and has access to the patio. Master bath shower...HUGE...double shower. My kids loved the large daybed in one of the bedrooms. Beds are comfy. Living room couch was a great place to wind down after a day out and about. Kitchen has everything you need. The patio goes along the entire lakeside edge of the condo. Great views of the cove on oneside and the main channel on the other. The complex pool is nice...kids enjoyed it. The complex is nice and quiet. Stayed Thursday-Sunday and the parking was never full. Maybe a hidden gem?! We loved our stay! Highly recommend!

Comfortable cozy steps to pool

This checked all our wants and needs. First off the pictures do not do it justice. The quality of the finishes on flooring, carpet, bathroom and kitchen are very very nice. It is extra cozy and felt homey and comfortable. Plenty of room for family. The elevator was right off the parking lot. And we accessed parking easily. We used the wagon they provided. Then right off the elevator was the room. The pool is down elevator and just a few steps to get to! There is a clean pool and an awesome view of the lake from the pool. Also we enjoyed the screened in porch in the condo. The view was perfect and could watch the boats going in and out. It was quiet for sleeping and resting. The condo was easy to find and close to good restaurants and Walmart. Overall we had an amazing experience and hope to be able to book this one again!!

Beautiful view & comfortable condo

My 2 sisters and I took our parents to the lake for a few days and stayed here. The condo was exactly as depicted in photos on site. It was great to have an elevator as this condo was on the 5th floor. The wagon provided was a nice touch to haul everything up to the condo from car. Having keyless entry was also a great perk. The condo is large and we were able to spread out comfortably. The beds were comfortable as well. There is a beautiful view from the large wrap around deck. We spent mornings out there drinking coffee and enjoying the view. The deck is screened in which helps with bugs. We had a huge storm come through on our first night which knocked the wifi out as well as part of the electric. I contacted the owners and John was very accommodating and helpful. Spectrum and Ameren had everything up and running by the afternoon. The pool is very nice. We were there during the week and had it to ourselves. All in all it was a great few days in this condo.
