Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival for $55 each (price subject to change, limit 2).

This is one of the best units we have stayed at. Super easy to get in and out. The listing was as pictured and very clean. We will definitely be booking this one again for future trips!

Wonderful condo!

The Condo was beautifully decorated and updated, the nicest we have stayed in for a few visits to the beach. The condo was clean on arrival. The condo property was always kept clean during our stay. Will definitely visit again.

Nice trip

Overall the resort and condo were very nice. Pools were clean. Hot tubs had an issue but was resolved quickly. Condo was nice and clean. Living room needs a new rug and the side chairs could be cleaned but overall it was nice.

The views are beautiful! Large outdoor pool with plenty of seating! A warm pool inside that was nice for cooler mornings. Quick walk to the ocean. Lots to do locally. Clean, spacious and decorated nicely. Plenty of cups, plates and silverware. We cooked most meals there and had everything we needed there to do so. Would definitely recommend!

One of the better older Pheonix locations. Great decking to the beach. Very clean. Unit was nice. Beds and sheets could use an upgrade. Lots of pillows and blankets. Well stocked kitchen.

Great condo and property.

This was a great condo, nicely decorated, super easy check in, and nice property! We enjoyed the location as we have not stayed close to the bridge before. It is a drive to the grocery and places to eat but that did not bother us. The condo was very clean except a few very minor things. It is on the first floor so you have a view of the ocean but can not see the beach. There is a great view of the pool area and you are able to walk from the parking lot directly to the room (no stairs or elevator which we LOVE!) We would definitely book this property again.

Perfect 16th birthday beach vacay!

We booked for my daughters 16th birthday (girls only) trip and it did not disappoint! The condo was so cute and perfect for the girls! We enjoyed the beach as well as the shopping and arcades! The seafood was delicious and we were sad to leave! We will for sure be visiting again!
