Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival for $55 each (price subject to change, limit 2).

Loved every second. The only issue was we were not able to get a second parking pass. Office was not much help in helping us find a place. I did find out if you call the city building they have a lot you can buy a pass for that is really close to the condo and it’s not gated so you can come and go at any time. We had absolutely no issues with parking there

Good enough.....

Let me start by saying that Phoenix 6 has a lot to offer and the amenities will make your visit a good time. The location is perfect, not too busy but close enough to everything. The condo well it was not exactly what we expected. Pros - beds are comfortable, condo has lots of space, and views from the balcony are amazing. We spent a lot of time on the comfortable furniture on the balcony. Kitchen is pretty well stocked to cook. Condo management is helpful. Cons - the condo needs updates, new appliances, and some extra cleaning. 1st night, we had the toilet backup. Shower curtain was black and moldy (but it was changed mid week). The bathtub was not draining, so we had to shower while standing in dirty water. Microwave is broken, worked sometimes. Coffeemaker leaked all over the counter. Stove is old, markings are gone, so you guess which one you are turning on and the temp. Knob on washer also doesn't work. Please note you will need to pack a lot to make this feel like home, the starter pack provided is not much. We had to buy things like dish soap. Look at the starter list before you book or it can be expensive.We gave this 3 stars, due to the amazing pros. exoected.
