This was our fifth time staying. We have no regrets. It’s now starting to be a family reunion type place for us every year. We will definitely be back. Everything was wonderful. Communication is always very smooth. The places is always clean. And the people are always friendly. We look forward to going back all year long.

Location is great! Highly recommend for families. This was our first time staying in the Okaloosa Island area (we normally stay on 30A) and loved it. We weren't sure about being on the bay side, but the lazy river made up for it 100%. Access to the beach was easy. Fishing off the pier is a must. The Gulf for dinner did not disappoint. Condo is clean and quaint. No complaints here!

Everything about the condo is great. Being right by the pool is very convenient especially with kids! Now getting to the beach is somewhat of a walk especially on a hot day, but it’s very doable. Awesome property, we will definitely be staying again!

The facility was excellent. Especially the view from our balcony!! The rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed for an excellent stay. The pool area hot tub was very clean . All in all it was a great vacation place.hope to see you next year, same location!!! But our favorite thing was the Lazy River

Great for Children

This is a great place to stay if you bring the kids. The pool area and lazy river section is fenced in; you can let the kids have fun while you watch from your room or poolside. Great view of the bay, restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay there again.

AWESOME STAY

We enjoyed our stay alot , Great communication with everyone . Properity manager and owner. We would definitly come back and stay again. The beds where amazing to sleep in. It had everything we need to make our stay great . Untill next time :)
