Heated pool, Very Kid and Dog Friendly & steps to the beach

Extremely clean, Heated pool home perfect for those winter days. Open concept, a very nice retro home. Newly redecorated and landscaped, located on a great street, just a few minute walk to the beach at the end of the street and to the Halifax River. Big garage for bikes. Comfortable rooms and attractive layout. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an enclosed Florida room and pool in the private back yard. Huge master bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV with en-suite on one side of the house. The second and third bedrooms are on the other side of the house, with the kitchen and living rooms in the middle.

Weekly rental available upon request!

Second bedroom has a queen bed with a TV, and the third bedroom has two double bunk beds. (double bed on bottom, twin on top).
Florida room along the back of the house is a comfortable area for entertaining, TV, ping-pong, games, etc. It leads to a small patio with a kid-friendly in-ground, screened in pool, which is heated.
Backyard is private and fenced for your pets. It has a shuffle board and corn hole for fun as well as a private sunning patio with gas BBQ.
All newly decorated with new linens, towels, etc.
Lots of amenities...even an air compressor for, toys, tires and tools.. Pet(s) are welcomed with a $250 pet fee per pet. Pets are welcomed with a pet fee of $250 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets and I’m sorry but no aggressive dogs. Ormond Beach now has an area for your dog on the beach. The dog-friendly stretch of Ormond Beach will be between Rockerfeller Drive and Milsap Road.

Very nice very clean when we arrived beds were comfortable. Kitchen had just about anything you would need...Florida room needs another air conditioner to help keep it cool... but over all we enjoyed are stay and would be coming back ...thanks Sandra

This place was beautiful. Had everything you need close to the ocean and neighbours were very friendly pool could’ve been a little warmer, but we still used it.

Great vacation spot

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house offered many amenities, pool, shuffle board, ping pong table, lots of board games and toys for the pool and beach, these extras helped enhanced our stay especially since we stayed in so much because of the pandemic. We would definitely visit again, thanks to our host and property manager for a nice vacation.

Perfect place for family vacations

What a nice place to stay. Everything is clean and the house is perfect. Faye respond very fast to any questions. Highly recommended.

Great Vacation Home

The home was exactly as described. The owners were pleasant and attentive. They add so many little details to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The only thing I could say is the master shower could use a little more detailed cleaning around the sliding glass door and grout. Overall very clean and tidy. Would definitely come again.

Great house

Great house, lots of space for a multigenerational stay. Pool isn’t big but was perfectly adequate for 3 kids and they loved swimming whenever they wanted, screened in with plenary of seating and shade for supervising adults was a big plus. So close to a very quiet beach, we met some lovely neighbors who lent my children boogie boards for the week, so kind! Master suite is huge, beds comfortable, bunk room fun, kitchen well stocked. Loved watching movies in the Florida room during afternoon thunderstorms. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy cottage

This house is a quaint, cozy home with quick beach access and comfortable beds! Everything we needed was in the house and we appreciated the openness of the kitchen and dining room. The only thing we didn’t expect was the pool was rather small and the sunroom did not have AC, so we didn’t spend much time out there — it became unused space. But overall the place was nice and we had a wonderful time!

Perfect beach retreat!

We were pleasantly surprised by this beach house. It is a quick walk to the beach and has a great pool for kids. The house is bigger than it looks in the photos with plenty of space for two families. The kids really enjoyed hanging out in the Florida room which was stocked with dvds and a ping pong table. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, pans and other essentials. There were also beach cruisers, beach chairs and sand toys in the garage which was such a nice surprise. Overall a great experience, thoughtfully organized and well cared for home! Highly recommended!

Beach and much more!

This property was perfect for us! The backyard and pool was so peaceful and quiet. We took our two small dogs and they loved chasing the lizards inside the fenced back yard. There was plenty of space throughout and was very clean. Short walking distance to the beach, they had everything and more needed for the beach! Ormond beach was just beautiful! The stores were close by and close to Flagler and Daytona beach too. We had one rainy day so we enjoyed the ping pong and tv selections. Also loved the Alexa stereo, great sound for such a small device. Closest restaurant, Lagerheads had really great food, pet friendly and live entertainment. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful time and all the added special touches that made our vacation spectacular!

Perfect for relaxing getaway

I cannot say enough about this incredible house! The house looks exactly like the pictures - spacious rooms and beautiful pool. The house was incredibly well stocked for a week long vacation with my husband and 3 young children. There were games, tons of beach accessories (really appreciated the wagon to tote them there), lots of beach towels, and kitchen accessories. The kitchen had more than enough gadgets - we made use of the crockpot, loved the Green Pan skillet (might need to buy one now), wine cork, etc. There is even a fondue pot - the owners thought of everything! Loved the ping pong table, games, and kid toys. My kids enjoyed having Alexa play music whenever they wanted and the Firestick was a nice touch for the occasional movie. Every bedroom was decorated beautifully and was so relaxing. We all adored the pool and often swam multiple times a day. I really enjoyed how easy it was to walk to the beach and that I didn't have to deal with driving and parking. This beach is also the most calm and least crowded one I've ever been visited. I usually like to try different homes and visit different places, but this is one beach and vacation home I really think we will come back to visit. We were very sad to leave. Many thanks to the owners and property manager Faye for being so accommodating and responsive to my questions. :)

Quite and peaceful

We had 7 people plus a small dog. The beach is a decent walk to get to but with a wagon and the sidewalks it's no issue. A few of us rode the bikes at the property to it. We had more than enough space for everyone and enjoyed the home. A ceiling fan on one side of the Florida room would be nice but we still used it alot. The pool is much smaller than the pictures look but 3 kids enjoyed it without issue. The beach is perfect! No crowds! This was our first time at this beach and will be staying here again.

Pretty house with nice pool

The pool was nice and the house was nice but the hot water heater went out while we were there so the last three days of our stay we couldn’t shower. It made for an unpleasant end to our trip. The property manager was nice and tried to get it fixed.

Ormond Beach

We had a terrific time at Ormond Beach and would love to return to this home! The house was clean and functional for our party of 8. There were so many sitting areas that made spreading out very easy. The owners really take great care of the property! Just while we were there a repair man came to fix a spigot, pool was cleaned, new pool heater replaced, and the lawn was fertilized. This was not disruptive to our trip at all. It just showed us how much the owners really care to keep the property nice. Thanks for a great trip!

Another great visit!!

We are in love with this vacation home and enjoyed our 2nd visit there. We love the proximity to the beach, the private pool, and all the amenities. This is a very well-stocked property and very spacious for everyone to spread out. On rainy days we loved playing games and playing ping pong. We appreciated the wagons and beach accessories too! We got in slightly later than what we were guaranteed because the cleaning company was late finishing, but we didn't let it spoil our fun. One recommendation would be to have the instructions for the TV remotes written out on each TV. Some of them were complicated and we had difficulty figuring them out. Thanks for a great stay! Can't wait to return!

Great location and house

This house has a wonderful location very close to the beach and the river. It has all of the kitchen/pool/beach equipment that you'll need and has plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the stay. We loved walking to the beach and exploring the area, which is full of green space, parks, and natural beauty.

Good location and amenities

Overall the house was clean, well equipped and in a nice location. The pool was a nice amenity and it was very easy to get to the beach. There were some quirks with the house that required maintenance during our stay, but the manager was responsive and did her best to address our concerns.

Ormond by the Sea Vacation

We were very happy with the home & pool. Spacious, well stocked with cooking pans, plates, glasses,etc. Pool was very nice--used every day. Short walk to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Sunsets at river were beautiful.
