Nestled steps away from the beach, Ocean Breezy offers an idyllic coastal retreat that seamlessly blends modern comforts with beachside charm.
Location is paramount - situated in the Ormond by the Sea community, a 2-minute walk to the beach makes daily seaside strolls, sunbathing, playing in the sand and ocean swims a reality.
Enjoy the coastal lifestyle - a vacation getaway to escape the hustle and bustle, this retreat stands out as a testament to the allure of Florida beachside living.
The house:
2 bed & 2 bath bungalow.
Modern kitchen with farmhouse sink, new refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware.
Primary bedroom features queen bed and en-suite bathroom.
2nd bedroom features bunk bed with full size bottom bunk and twin size top bunk. Also includes a twin size trundle bed.
Hall bathroom has shower and tub.
3 TVs available, 1 in main family room, 1 in each of the bedrooms, all with internet connected apps. You can bring your subscriptions with you.
In the garage youâll find washer and dryer as well as included beach gear, like chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, and boogie boards. We also have fishing rods available for guests.
Backyard is completely fenced in with gate access on either side of the house. Outdoor patio area with firepit, tiki bar and Adirondack chairs. There is a hose to wash sand off.
Front and garage entry doors with automated, deadbolt locks accessible with PIN code for the length of stay.
