FANTASTIC Property!

My husband and I stayed in Kristens place for several weeks and just loved it! The place is so comfortable and the location is fantastic! Kristen is so easy to work with and gets back to you quickly with any questions or concerns. The property location is perfect for anywhere you want to go. It is just a quick Uber ride to downtown and 8-12 minutes to most other areas such as German town and East Nashville. The place has plenty of room and is very well equipped with all the comforts of home. We will look forward to staying here again next year!

Amazing Vacation Rental!!

This house was the perfect place for my friends and I to celebrate my birthday weekend! Kristen went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated on my birthday. The house was beautiful and very clean. The house is in a perfect location within walking distance to The Gulch neighborhood and music row. It is also within a short drive to Broadway. Kristen was a great host! She was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating to my friends and I. This was our first trip to Nashville and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! I highly recommend this property to anyone going to visit Nashville!

Fabulous accomidations, wonderful host Everything on point

This was our 1st. Visit to Nashville. We went with another couple and our son who was celebrating his 18th Birthday. Kristin went out of her way to make sure my son was celebrated which was very kind. The house was amazing. Very clean well decorated and very inviting. The has has 3 floors and 3 bedrooms 2 living spaces. Everyone had there own space which is important when traveling with friends or even family. Lol The roof top deck was awesome at night. Cozying up on the couches with a glass of champagne,(which s Kristen provided us) next to the fireplace after a day and night of exploring this great city was perfect. Kristen has added alot of great personal touches to this property. Books, photos, games and nashville spirits. You drink them you replace. What a great policy. The location worked out great. Walking distance to music row and just a very short ride to Broadway. The welcome book was very helpful. 1of the best parts is that Kristen provided us her CAR for the week (Audi Q5). You don't really need a car for Nashville, but it was an added perk. This allowed us to venture further out and explore. Grand Ole Opry, old caves outside of Nashville and also, drive to Broadway when it was raining. I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Nashville. We will be going back and staying here.

We loved the property, first time visiting Nashville with the family. Spacious home with great amenities. Kristen responded immediately with entry details and wifi access. Great 3rd floor deck and kitchen was well furnished.

Perfect location and house for Nashville holiday

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Communication with Kristen was easy and she was very accommodating and helpful. The house is beautiful and comfortable and very well equipped if you want to eat in. We chose to eat in some of the many restaurants recommended by Kristen. Bedrooms were well appointed and beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking or driving anywhere we needed to go. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful rooftop deck with fireplace which we sadly did not get to enjoy due to the weather. Would highly recommend this VRBO

This home is so light and bright. I bought it brand new a couple of years ago. It's in an AWESOME area within walking distance to The Gulch area with many bars and restaurants. You can even take the bikes in the garage and make it to Broadway in 10 minutes. This home is one of the ONLY free-standing homes in The Gulch area and does NOT share any walls with any neighbors.
