Oscar was really easy to communicate with. The house was a really nice size and had so many things a family would need. Fully stocked kitchen, two living areas, cleaning supplies, playground for the kids, all the streaming services! The neighborhood wasn’t what we expected, but it was located close to the venue we were going to and the street was quiet. The house was perfect for our family and a great space for kids. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our annual ladies getaway. House very clean and spacious. We did not arrive til late afternoon & wanted to drop off our luggage before grocery shopping. And to much surprise there was some snacks & soda which were much appreciated. House is about 20-30 minutes from all the places we wanted to visit. Neighborhood is very quiet & the neighbors we met were very friendly.

Nice comfy spot

This home was as searching the VRBO ad. Amenities weee all in working order and everything was neat and cleaned. I have no problem what so ever recommending this property for short or long term use. Thanks for great contact with the property manager/owner

Beautiful House

The house was beautiful and completely remodeled. The neighborhood was ok but we felt safe. This house was very clean and bright and had everything we needed. The only issue was the fact we couldn't access the backyard without going outside of the house. The back yard access was through the garage and the garage was locked. So when I needed to let my small dog out, I had to get dressed to take her out. That was the only thing that caused a little inconvenience. We found a basket of goodies for us which was a wonderful touch. Owner responded quickly. Very nice stay!

Very nice!

The house was well equipped with everything we needed and there were cozy touches such as blankets in both living rooms. Everything was clean and it was nice having the whole house to ourselves. The owner responded super promptly. Our 4 year old is already talking about going back!

Wedding trip

Indeed a charming house

This cute little house was just what we needed to acclimate for a few days before heading higher up in Colorado. It was beautiful decorated and was by far the cleanest vacation house I’ve ever started in, and was fully stocked with everything you need, including paper bags for groceries.

Summer Stay

We had a great time staying at Oscars home in Colorado Springs. The house was just as listed and in a great location. We were close to anything we needed and just a short drive to get to all the attractions. Would stay here again.

Nice stay overall

Stayed two night for a couple of us to run the local Spartan race. Location was good overall for what we needed. We traveled as 2 couples and had 2 kids under 10 with us. Plenty of space overall. 20 min from the army base and 20 min to the Cheyenne mountain zoo and Garden of the Gods. Property owners were very responsive and communicative when a need arose. House is a little bit older but maintained well and clean. Had all the basics needed for the weekend in terms of cleaning supplies and linens. I think the only downside for us was the yard for our kids. Living in CO I know how hard it can be for yards and given it's a rental I wasn't surprised necessarily. There was a nice wood fire pit and a few chairs but mostly just sand/weeds for yard so not the greatest for the kids to play in. There was a park close by though with a splash pad and play area. the house doesn't have Central A/C, but had a window unit upstairs and swamp cooler downstairs. They provided plenty of fans which was great too. Would consider it again for sure if we were back in the area.

Cute home and nice neighborhood

The owner was very communicative and even let us know it would be ready a little early. I love that snacks, soda and water were provided. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The backyard was nice.

Nice House in Quiet Neighborhood

Property manager was very responsive. House was well stocked with essentials. Good supply of board and card games that we enjoyed. Convenient to all local points of interest. Would recommend!

Great family home in Colorado Springs

We came into town for a wedding and had a great and welcoming stay at Oscar’s house! Super clean, table set and waiting for us, basket of snacks and drinks on the counter. We arrived much later than planned and it felt like we had come to a friend’s house.

Central location

The house was conveniently located for our Colorado adventures; Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff dwellings, Focus on the Family were all nearby. The house and yard was nicely kept and clean. Hospitality was above standard (my kids appreciated the snacks).
