Enjoy this beautiful 4 bedroom/2 bath Single Family home's location in Southern Colorado Springs! Minutes to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the renown Broadmoor Luxury Resort. 15 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs. This  sunny and  spacious home accommodates a total of 10 people. @ bedrooms and 1 bath on the main level (ground level) with the kitchen, dining area, living room. In the basement are 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom and a large family room! Relax with your family in the private backyard with a BBQ after a day of sightseeing. Dogs welcome with a pet fee! Sleeps 10 people and we have a Pack n Play in addition for your baby/toddler. Washer and Dryer and 2 car garage!

Comfortable and very homey!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. We took our parents with us and it was big enough to accommodate us and more! Very clean, well maintained, plenty of cooking supplies and more. We will stay again if we end up back in COS.

Perfect Spring Break Trip!!

This home was perfect for my family of 6! We had a beautiful view of the mountains from the end of road. The house was like a home away from home and we enjoyed every minute of it! Will definitely keep this listing in mind for my next vacay to Colorado!

Gathering the troops

We had a wonderful time in this great location. We had a family member retiring from the Air Force and this home was just right for the friends and family to gather, plus it was an easy drive to the Academy. Quiet neighborhood too and nice for taking a walk around. Mountains close by, great restaurants and plenty of space to relax together - made this a perfect location for us.

We stayed for a week and had an amazing stay. The house had everything we needed to be able to cook at the house when we wanted. Having access to the garage was a HUGE bonus for us We had 4 motorcycles that we were able to keep out of the rain duri Ang any night rain.

Great House For Family

This was a great house! It was near the airport and had super easy access to I-25. Having the additional living area downstairs gave us all the space we needed. We enjoyed the fenced back yard every day! The neighborhood was quiet and safe it just felt like home away from home! The property manager was wonderful to work with too! We would definitely stay here again!

Did the job

Other than the outside of the property needing to be maintained and the inside of the home requiring updating, it suited our needs for our family Christmas get-together. It was a bit pricy for what is included, but it worked for our family size and purpose.

3 stars is no what we aim for, so i am sorry if you had a challenge that i was not made aware of. Since we did not hear from you we did assume that all was in good form...Christmas time is always a bit more pricey and for the space that we provide and the amenities, we do not feel it was outside of the norm. It would have been good for us to know of any issues (if you had them) other than it needing updating.

This home was perfect for our entire family. It’s in a nice neighborhood, near grocery stores and restaurants. Beautiful scenery. The host communicated with us. This was our first time renting a home from Vrbo and our experience was excellent. The house was nicely stocked and had extra of everything. Everything was great! Thank you!

Plenty of space

This home is big enough to accommodate a large family while still offering privacy. Kitchen is well appointed if you plan on cooking. We struggled a bit with operating the Roku tv system just because we are not familiar with it. The home manager was responsive to our call when we had a problem.

Lovely home! Clean and well cares for!

Check in was soo easy and the location was perfect for visiting all the attractions in the Springs. Most important to me is that is was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were plush. Everything was perfect!

Great!!

We visited family in Colorado. I hadn't seen them in 5 yrs. The property is really nice. If you are cold natured it's really cool in the bottom family area,bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. We had a great time seeing the beautiful mountains view right up the road.

Fantastic Colorado Vacation Home

The property was incredible: clean, roomy, and well supplied. Large enough so the four of us had our own rooms, but could have slept many more. Two living areas plus outdoor areas so we could all spread out throughout the day and evening. Located within 15-30 minute drive of everything imaginable yet removed enough that the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again.
