This home was welcoming and very comfortable. The hosts responded quickly to questions and gave very clear instructions. Pool area is amazing, and the outdoor patio area were also comfortable and enjoyable. This home had the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen. The area is very walkable as well. I absolutely loved my stay here.

Awesome

We stayed for a month and felt very at home. The house is well supplied and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed the pool, lanai and dock. Restaurants and shopping is nearby. We recommend this house for a lovely stay in Cape Coral.

We had a great time here. The house had ample room and the pool was very nice in size . The outdoor seating area was very comfortable and added some shade from the sun. The canal was an added feature to the house. The seating area was a nice retreat in the morning . The water is full of wild life. Fed turtles , fish and birds very morning .House was located in a quite setting and not far for anything you would need.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

We had our annual family gathering at this Cape Coral home and it was great. Pleanty of room for seating, eating and sleeping teens, adults and Grandparents, including pack n play and highchair for the baby! Everyone enjoyed the pool and even caught some fish in the canal. The location was not to far from the Splash Park and recommended area restaurants. It was nice to be out and about during the day and coming back to relax in the pool. Communication was awesome with the owners upon our arrival

Maison acceptable

La maison est bien mais nous avons eu des problèmes avec la piscine. Elle ne réussissait pas à chauffer. Par contre, le propriétaire nous a offert un remboursement. Environnement très tranquille.

Unfortunately this renters stay was during a very cold spell in Florida. We installed a brand new pool heater in December 2023 to help with the extreme cold Cape Coral was experiencing. We suggested running the heater for the pool through the night but the renters did not want to hear the heater running. We also had our pool service company stop by the home on 2 separate occasions to check the pool temperature which hovered between 78-82. We have a thermal blanket on-site to also assist during the cold snaps. (the evenings in Florida at that time were in the 40's) We do our best to accommodate any and all request. We happily refunded 2 nights of the stay in an attempt to help the renters enjoy their vacation.

House was perfect place to stay for vacation. Had everything you could need.loved the pool.House had lots of room to be comfortable. Owner was super nice and worked with me on few things. Definitely love to stay there again.
