The place was very spacious and well laid out for our large group of 8. The property is just as beautiful as pictures showed. The only issue with the property is that the hot tub was closed each day we were there due to rechemicalizing, so that was unfortunate, and a couple of the outlets in the main bedroom didn’t work (specifically the ones by the bed, sadly) so hopefully that’s addressed. Having the golf cart was a life saver as the property is not what I would call walking distance to town, but on a golf cart it was a very quick and pretty drive each time. The golf cart is electric so we didn’t even have to deal with gas the entire time, and plugging it in at night was simple. The gym on property had a gorgeous view and made working out that much more enjoyable, too. The host was very communicative and quickly responded when needed. I would recommend this place and stay again.

Floor was gritty and walking in our white socks or barefoot got our feet pretty black! It would be nicer if the golf cart had side curtains as it was cold when driving during our stay. However the unit was decorated nicely, beds were comfortable and all kitchen utensils were readily available. Requested kleenex boxes were delivered promptly. The managers were quick to respond to questions. Overall, a very nice stay!

Great vacation!

The property was really nice and clean. Hamilton Cove is a great area, and having access to a golf cart really improved the stay since it made us able to get over to Avalon very easily. We really enjoyed the area and had a great family vacation.

Location was great, A/C kept us comfortable at night, and the added bonus of having a golf to get you to and from can't be beat. The unit was modern and clean, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Great property

This condo has it all! Perfect location for enjoying Catalina Island. There is a golf cart accessible, which helps you get in and out of town beautiful condo with two master bedrooms and plenty of space for everybody. I would highly recommend staying here!

Catalina Vacation

Great experience for families with kids, fishing dock close by to fish, volleyball courts and playground. Location was perfect, and villa was exactly as pictured on site. Beautiful and well kept. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Great condo in Avalon

We really enjoyed our stay at Manuel's property. The unit was super clean, and had tons of space to accommodate our group of 6. We appreciate the booking came with a golf cart, and the bottle of wine was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Getaway!

Jose (Manuel) the Manager was very helpful from the beginning of the booking process throughout our entire stay. The condo had every amenity possible including a well equipped kitchen. Everything was so clean and cozy at the same time. The large 3 bedroom unit and the 6 passenger golf cart made our stay amazing!

The condo was well appointed with the exception that there could have been more bath towels. Also, listing states that there is a washer /dryer included and there wasn’t one. But the condo was very comfortable and we had a great time. Hamilton Cove is beautiful!

The villa was VERY nice. It had everything you would need in a home, additionally, the decor and amenities very up-to-date. Beautiful location. Host Jose and Rosie were very attentive and responsive to our questions, and whenever we needed help. Planning to return next year.

Great condo rental!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this condo so much! It was clean, modern, and stocked with everything you could ever need. The Hamilton Cove condo property itself is gorgeous and in a perfect location with beautiful views. The included golf cart with the rental is a huge bonus to explore the island with! Jose was a great host and very responsive to any questions I had leading up to the rental and during our stay. I highly recommend this rental!

Family vacation

Everyone was so amazing with check in and check out. This was our first time staying on this side of the island. Very quiet and great amenities for the whole family. Short ride to town. This condo was so spacious for the 6 of us and super clean with absolutely everything you could need for family dinners or daily activities. We are coming back!!! Thank you!!

This condo was clean and spacious. Has everything to cook at home. Plenty of room for a large family

This condo was clean. Owners were always quick to reply. Use of the golf cart was great! Very spacious, beds were comfy. Items like towels a d games and sporting equipment were handy to play tennis or for a day at the private beach area. Pool is heated and salt water, gym is well equipped and included a sauna.

Strongest positive recommendation possible.

Manny was the perfect host going way over the top in helping us from check in to check out. He was most accommodating. The place was amazing and the upgrades spectacular. Loved the two en-suite bathrooms for our family. Also loved the golf cart. After staying in many Hamilton Cove condos for the past 36 years we will be returning to this one as our first choice.

Best place to stay in Avalon

This property is amazing. Very spacious and each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The community has a lot to offer and do. Location of this unit is great- near the private beach, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Lots of nice upgrades. Key amenity is having a golf cart to respectfully utilize. Host is quick to respond and communicate. Will definitely be back.

Wedding Stay

Unit was very nice. However, photos misleading. Cost was $1200 per night for 2 bedroom. Was under impression from photos we would have an ocean view. Not at all. So for that kind of money (five nights at $1200) we wanted an ocean view which pictures showed.
