A modern getaway in the Hudson Valley with 6 spacious bedrooms. Near to boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, skiing, apple-picking, antiquing, bird-watching and other fun seasonal activities. Only 1.5 hours from NYC. Enjoy swimming in a heated pool? Great! We have a beautiful inground pool and pool house complete with an outdoor bar and hot tub. The pool is typically open from April to October (please check before booking) but the hot tub and infrared cedar sauna are up and running year round!

Lovely outdoor garden with a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. A back patio with a gas grill, pizza oven and patio furniture is ready for all cooks. A second grill is by the pool house if you want to have a grill-off competition. Get cozy under our two heat lamps in the winter. Hike Minnewaska Park nearby or go on a wine tour at the many local wineries like Baldwin which has picnicking and scavenger hunts. Just secluded enough to be perfect for larger gatherings! Come visit!

- Pets are allowed in this home for a fee. Please add any pets to your reservation. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our prior approval there will be a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home is located in the Shawangunks, so you may encounter local wildlife.
-Local laws cap the number of adults in our home to 12, but the home can hold as many as 16 people.

Great family vacation

This house is extremely comfortable I felt like I was at home. The rooms are very comfortable and there is plenty of space for everyone without being crowded. This house has everything to keep everyone busy and relax at the same time. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible few weeks at Ilya’s place! Everything was exactly as described and the hosts were lovely! We had multiple families come to visit over our long stay and the house is made for entertaining, it had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen, an amazingly warm pool with so many floaties and other things for kids to play with. We spent nights making s’mores and catching fireflies and weekend mornings visiting farm stands near by. The beds were so comfortable and we slept so soundly outside the city! We made delicious food on the grill and in the pizza oven! We will definitely be back next summer.

Quiet Getaway

The communication with the property manager was excellent, they were very responsive. We enjoyed staying here with a group of 10 people, there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Would book again!

Family reunion

Such a great spot for our family reunion! House was a perfect quiet get away - clean and well stocked with tons of space for everyone. Pool and large yard were wonderful for the kids, and house was close to great hiking and biking trails. Highly recommend!

Great spot for a group vacation!

We spent a week at this beautiful property and had a blast! The home is lovely and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches and elegant, streamlined decor. Everyone loved spending long summer days in the pool, and there was plenty of space to spread out for board games, movies, and more. The home is an easy drive to wineries, natural and historical sites, and even Legoland - something for everyone!

The photos and this listing are phenomenal but they still don't do it justice! A beautiful home with some terrific hosts. We had a wonderful time and would book it again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic House

What a terrific house. Everything was laid out wonderfully. What really sets this place apart is how many extras there are. Pool toys galore, condiments in the refrigerator, appliances of all types, shelves stocked with cooking materials. Really a top notch experience. We're already planning another visit next summer.

Owner is very responsive to messages. House is clean and well maintained. Nice touches like water bottles and towels in every bedroom when you arrive. Chargers in every bedroom. Everything worked. Easy checkout process. Would recommend.

Will definitely stay again!!

We had the most amazing experience! My friends and I rent a house every year and this house was a perfect fit for us! The house was not only well maintained but also super comfortable. We fully enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit. The owner, Ilya, was super responsive and helpful. In fact, he provides a super helpful guide to the house that helped us navigate the home but also understand our local options. Can't say enough nice things! Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay with our broader group. There were a few issues we encountered upon arrival (ie. No propane in the tanks, no filtered water from the fridge and no heat in the office room), however, Ilya was extremely quick to help us resolve any and all issues. Thanks!!!

HAS IT ALL

Ilya responded to all our questions instantly which were at a minimum. The home has much to offer for all ages including outside activities. The pool area with the tiki bar and the hot tub off the deck from the living room were very much used. The interior rooms are spacious, clean and well laid out. Last of all, Ilya goes all out to make you feel at home. We have been using VRBO, and others, for quite some time and we'll be here again. You won't be sorry when you choose this wonderful home and host.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

What an amazing property! Spent LDW here with some friends and the house was everything we were looking for. Plenty of space and something for everyone (pool, hot tub, air hockey, etc.) The property was exactly as pictured with such mindful details accounted for! Whether it was the fully stocked kitchen, with more appliances than I would find in my own home, or the chargers conveniently located in every room and water bottles on every nightstand, the hosts really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was a welcome one. They were responsive throughout the process and super accommodating. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to escape the city and explore all that the area has to offer!

My group of 10 recently had a weekend stay at Ilya's home earlier this month and it was a wonderful experience getting away from the hustle and bustle of NY life. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a greeting sign with 2 bottles of local wine provided by our host to enjoy. The home was spacious, clean, all the essential necessities were provided, and the local surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. We all enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and indoor sauna after a long day out exploring the area. Although there was a minor problem with one of the toilets which prevented the bowl from filling after each flush, Ilya was quick to respond to messages, and was able to fix the problem within a few hours while my group was out of the house. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay at Illya's home and would definitely stay again/recommend other large groups to book a stay. There were a few minor things that can be improved: The back patio lighting could be brighter (was quite difficult using the BBQ grill at night and was difficult to see the steps leading to the hot tub after the sun went down which required us to use our cellphone lights to cook/see where you're stepping), refrigerator water/ice dispenser was very slow to fill cups/bottles, and the downstairs bedroom ceiling light was flickering at times.

Over the years we have become very familiar with all of the amazing activities, restaurants and venues available in the Hudson Valley throughout all the seasons. Now we love to share that knowledge and open the doors to our home to guests and visitors from all over the world. Come stay at our home and see all there is to see in the Hudson Valley.

This is our home and we love offering all of the amenities we have made available. From the pool, to the hot tub, to the two propane grills, to the firepit, to the beautiful garden, there is plenty to do even if your plan is to just stay at the house. However, if you want to venture out and explore, Minnewaska Park, Lake and all its hiking trails are right nearby as are several Wineries and even Angry Orchard Cider.
