This one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath, Gulf-front suite can comfortably accommodate everyone in your group and is waiting to provide you with the vacation of your dreams. The breathtaking views from the balcony include the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the water. This condo features a queen bed in the primary bedroom, berth bunks for the kids in the hallway, and also a sofa sleeper in the living room. The shared amenities include a Gulf-front swimming pool, a place to barbecue, and a location convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Loved this condo! The pull out couch was updated from a previous review and it was nice and comfortable. The space was clean upon arrival. The utensils were well stocked minus a baking sheet but we purchased one and left for the next guest. Highly recommend this condo

Great location. Easy access. Clean comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrells, there is a service on site Suncoast beach service. Just have a seat and a employee will get you taken cate of and can pay fees right there. Very convenient and reasonably priced. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

This property is in a great location on the beach. Shopping close by and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The pool is very nice and easily accessible. The furniture could use some more attention to cleaning. The pullout couch had several spots on it and once pulled out the cover was very dirty. The mattress on it was super thin and very uncomfortable. The other beds were great. No complaints from the guest sleeping in them.

Great trip fantastic views

The location was perfect we walked to restaurants every night All the little touristy shops right around there The beach view was amazing. We sat on the balcony every night multiple times during the day it was so convenient to be able to go out early when there wasn't anybody out and then come back to the condo hang out or go do stuff in town and then go back out there when everybody else was leaving was it gorgeous looking at the full moon on the water and listening to the waves off the balcony owed 100% come back and stay again.

Amazing views

If you are looking to stay directly on the beach this is your place. We will definitely stay here again. The condo was perfect with everything we needed. We were directly on the beach with beautiful ocean views and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We stayed for a week and cried when we had to leave.

Lovely place to stay in Gulf Shores

Great location! We walked to several restaurants for dinner and for some souvenir shopping. The beach is gorgeous and they put out chairs and umbrellas for rent (40 per day). There are also chairs and an umbrella in the closet that we could have used. Ate breakfast and lunch on the balcony while listening to the waves. There is nothing better than watching the sunrise while sipping your first coffee of the day!

Great assistance

Loved the property. Had an AC issue the second day evening and they had a repair person there the next morning to repair it. We would definitely rent there again.

Exactly As Described

This place was exactly as described. It was very clean and tidy. Cute decor. The kitchen had a lot of amenities & tons of dishware which was great! Especially doing your own cooking. Beds were comfy. Wish there were more beach toys/lounge-ware in the closet. Which was NOT big deal but that sort of stuff already in condo is always amazing! Gorgeous view. Pool access and beach access was simple. We as family would definitely go back!

Very nice place.

We were fortunate enough to stay here for three nights during spring break. It was a welcome change from the over abundance of activity Panama City offers. We chose Gulf Shores because it seemed more family friendly and we certainly couldn’t have asked for a better environment. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and the kids were able to do their thing. There is a surf shop directly across the street and plenty of eating places within walking distance. Everything you could need or want is either walking distance or a short drive. The pool and pool area were clean and the beach was constantly patrolled by lifeguards and local police. If you’re looking for a nice place for your family to stay at a reasonable price, this is it. Couldn’t be happier with our visit and we are looking forward to another vacation to Gulf Shores and Tropic Isles 503.
