Do you love the action and fun of downtown Dunedin? If so, be part of the downtown with this 2 bedroom apartment ON MAIN STREET above Sterling Wine store (next to Flanagan's). In 2025, new windows, central heat and air, washer/dryer & range. Will consider lower rates for longer stays (2 weeks+). Master includes a king bed and guest room has 2 twins. TV is located in the living room . Dunedin is a quaint little town full of shops and delicious restaurants. Saturday markets, a marina, festivals and so much more! Nightlife is great as well - come join the action! One assigned parking spot behind the building. Second floor, no elevator.
The Pinellas Trail is a block away for traversing the county by bike or foot! UPDATE - this property has had the exterior has been repainted/redecorated (fall 2022). Owner has FL real estate license. Able to be flexible with longer term rentals - please inquire! This unit has been rented long term a few months that's why the reviews are not as new. Hidden Gem!!!

This apartment felt like home! Short walk to amazing shopping and dining. Short drive to the beach. Jolly Trolly access is a block away.

Beautiful

This apartment was centrally located. Close to restaurants, stores, bus stops, waterfront, TD Ballpark. All within walking distance!The apartment itself was tastefully decorated and well maintained and equipped.I would certainly stay here again.

The location was great - so many restaurants, bars and little shops within walking distance. This spot is perfectly located directly on Main St. The unit was clean and well appointed. We greatly enjoyed our 5-night stay.

Perfect location!!

The property is a perfect location for experiencing Downtown Dunedin. The weekend market is a 3 minute walk and many restaurants within a few minutes. I hope to stay here again!

Loved Location!

Out 10 day stay was wonderful! Property is conveniently located in the heart of the town. So much to do and it was like a slice of Heaven. Apartment was neat and cozy!

Great Downtown Location

It’s hard not to soak in the spirit of the town in this birds eye location. Neighboring bars and restaurants all have music that makes the evenings lots of fun.

The perfect weekend getaway

I stayed here over the weekend and it was a blast!! Between the wine bar, good restaurants and an organic grocery store, all in walking distance, there's always something to do. The apartment had everything you would need and AC. Most of all, I loved the feeling of downtown Dunedin at night! It was a small town feel with community and spirit. The music wasn't too loud and was over by 10pm every night. I will definitely be staying again.

Exceptionally clean condo in a beautiful Dunedin neighborhood

We were impressed with the great communication and check in process (keypad). Had a nice little trip to Dunedin and got to enjoy hopping on the trolley that stops right in front of condo. Great atmosphere and close to many restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, extraordinary sunset views of the gulf & parking area well lit. Great for couples and family vacations. This condo unit was a great addition to one of our annual Florida getaways. (Only thing missing was a hair dryer). Thanks Laren/Coastal Properties for a beautiful stay.

Not as advertised or pictured.finished construction Needs cleaning warning Late night life & noisey

We started in a deficit with no communication on checkin side despite following the procedure in our checkin instructions Our contacts did not respond fortunately after some wrangling around we got in touch with local real estate office. We’re not prepared or expecting us. They noted that our checkin contacts were out of town Las Vegas on conference Lock system was complicated no written explanation figured that out with former guest across hall then no issue Problem with cleanliness. Counters bathkitchen had residue not a well cared for unit as advertised. Black dust or mold in window ledges blinds did not work, sheet rock repairs going on so dust construction was lingering. Wiped floors etc had to wipe down Advertised as centrally located but did not warn of loud music from street and bars below. Could not begin sleep until after 10 PM each night and then people would revisit the area on the street park their golf carts and party in the area below the condo until 2-3 in the morning. Found neighbor businesses to be very kind and welcoming. Location would not have been an issue if forewarned if street activity after closing hours of these bars did not occur. Street repairs started 730am! disappointed primarily based on the unit was not really ready for prime time. And no warning in listing about noise Would not recommend it unless I was sending my college kids to it. I expected Dunedin to be a quiet quaint little resort town it’s known for. Not this time

Enjoy the ambiance of Dunedin from this perfect location!

Perfect location in Downtown Dunedin in the heart of everything right on Main Street. Condo was very clean with everything you would need. Close to honeymoon island and Clearwater Beach. So much to do right in the action. Loved the wine bar downstairs! Would definitely stay again!

Great location

Great experience, one bedroom does not have ac and the living room unit could not cool space. ( had a few warm days). contributed a larger coffee pot, as the one there was to small for our coffee drinking family, other than that it the best location walking distance to everything you could possibly need. Very clean, ( but a broom or small vacuumed should be added). We want to come back!

Downtown Dunedin

We enjoyed the place, it was neat and clean, and had what you needed for our stay. The town is cute and close to beach. We knew we were above a wine bar but it wasn’t clear there were other establishments that were loud from 1030p-12a. This detracted from the stay as it was difficult to just hear the TV.

Dunedin is fun

Property is very convenient for anything you want to do in Dunedin. Be aware parking is very challenging. Apartment is updated but I would have liked to have some outside space. Easy to get to Clearwater and honeymoon island for beach time.
