This property has been a successful short-term rental for 2 years under the former owner (managed by a professional company) with consistent 5-star reviews. We’re excited to continue that tradition of great hosting — now with a personal, local touch.

*Equipped with whole-home soft water system: Indulge in hotel-quality comfort with a whole-home soft water system that leaves your skin smooth and your clothes fresh after every wash.
Note you`ll be required to climb a flight of stairs to access this cottage. See exterior pics.

This is Cottage #4 in a two-unit building. If you’re traveling with a bigger group, you can book the downstairs- another 1/1 that sleeps 4. Altogether sleeps 8.
And if you need even more room, our property also includes a second building with two 2BR/2BA units (each sleeps 5).
When booked in advance, you can reserve all 4 units to host up to 18 guests — perfect for family gatherings, wedding parties, or group trips.
Guests have full private access to Unit 4, including the washer/dryer, and designated parking for one vehicle. Entry is via smart lock sent before check-in.
*Additional parking for more vehicles may be available depending on occupancy during your stay, but only one spot can be guaranteed. There is street parking one block away as well.

*Our property sits along a main road, so you may notice some traffic, but Unit 4`s entrance/parking is tucked away in the back courtyard for added privacy.
*Traveling with a larger group? In addition to this unit, there is a private downstairs 1:1 that sleeps 4. There is also a second duplex on the property that collectively holds 10 people. Together, the property can accommodate up to 18 guests when booked in advance.
*Construction* From December through April, there is active construction occurring on a neighboring property. Work schedules can vary and may occasionally include early morning hours.
While this activity is outside of our direct control, we remain in communication with the construction management team and actively advocate for compliance with all applicable city noise and work-hour ordinances. We believe in full transparency so guests can make an informed decision.
If you are particularly sensitive to noise or plan to sleep late, this may not be the ideal fit. Please feel free to reach out prior to booking with any questions.
Parking:
Parking is available on-site for one vehicle. Additional parking is available 1-2 blocks away on the street. There may be more parking on the property IF the other units are vacant. Please reach out to us to discuss if you have more than one vehicle.
Please be mindful of other guests when parking and allow space for easy access. 🚗

No parties or large events unless approved in advance.
Smoking: 🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the units. Smoking is permitted on the private patio and in the shared courtyard, as long as it’s done respectfully and without disturbing other tenants.
🧹 Cleanliness
Please treat the home as you would your own — clean spills promptly and place trash in provided bins.
🚪 Security & Access
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Lock doors and windows when leaving the unit.
🪑 Shared Spaces
Courtyard and parking are shared; please be respectful and tidy.
Furniture must remain in the unit — no moving inside/outside.
🔧 Damage & Maintenance
Report any damage or issues promptly so we can address them quickly.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
A Note for Our Pet-Friendly Guests
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs and strive to make your stay comfortable for both you and your pet. Please note that we do not have a private fenced backyard, so dogs should be leashed and walked in the neighborhood for outdoor relief.
To help keep our cottages fresh for all guests, pets are not permitted on the sofas. If you are traveling with a pet, you may notice that the sofas are covered with a clean protective sheet upon arrival. If you are confident your pet will not jump on the furniture, you are welcome to remove the sheet during your stay. Please note that we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if sofas or furnishings require excessive cleaning due to pet hair, odors, stains, or excrement.
