Comfortable home with AC/Heat, with mounted fans on patio. Bikes, kayaks, & canoe available for use. Charcoal grill, electric smoker, fire pit, Keurig, and washer/dryer on site. Perfect locale for scalloping, dolphin & manatee watching with numerous nature trails to beautiful crystal clear fresh water ponds within walking distance from house. Close to grocery stores /many wonderful CR restaurants & short drive to Ft Island beach & public boat launches for access to Gulf or King’s Bay, so bring your boat (trailer parking onsite available)! Only four miles to Homossassa Wildlife Park & two miles to Three Sister’s Springs Park! Up to two pets allowed with deposit (must be under 20 lbs, unless exception is made by owner/manager for special conditions).
