Waterfront Home on deep canal, private dock, close to boat ramp Ft Island Trail

Our newly remodeled home is on a great canal located on a corner lot with plenty of privacy but best of all, immediate access to the water. Dock your boat at our private dock and stay in our cozy home that consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a well equipped kitchen with a coffee bar. Use our fish cleaning station to clean your freshly caught fish and bring it straight to the grill for dinner. Enjoy the evening in the hammock by the fire pit. We are only one mile away from the public boat ramp. Close to beach and to golf course.

We have plenty of parking. All linens and towels are included. Home has 1 king bed and 1 queen bed as well as blow-up mattress.

The location is only a few miles away from Fort Island Trail Beach area, boat ramp, and less than 2 miles from Twin Rivers Marina. By boat, we are only a short boat ride to the Gulf and on a few minutes away from the springs.

There are lots of parks in the area as well as two fishing docks and trails for nature walking or bird watching.

We do not have cable or satellite. We have streaming services only. Also, home is elevated so you will need to access home by stairs.

*No events, parties, or large gatherings. Also, no pets or smoking in the home.

*The maximum occupancy of 6 is flexible with groups that have children under 12 years old. The property is not baby proofed so please bring your own forms of child proofing.

*This property includes exterior security cameras facing the entrances and dock area. We do not have any security cameras looking into the interior of the home. More information can be found inside our welcome book upon arrival.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Please note that the HOST FEE listed in the details of reservation is the cleaning fee.

The hosts were so helpful, and this place was very clean and comfortable. We went adventuring so much that we really didn’t get to enjoy this canal front home like it should be enjoyed. We stayed here to be close to manatees and we were super satisfied with the proximity from here to them! Thank you for a lovely stay.

This is a great little place. Close to downtown/ Three Sisters/Homosassa State Park, yet in a "private", seemingly remote area. Home was very comfortable and anything you could possibly want was provided by the host. Check in/out was easy and hosts were very responsive. I appreciate their ability to accommodate us on such short notice as well. We would definitely return on a future trip.

Beautiful home

Our stay was wonderful! A family vacation home built with love to share with your family. We enjoyed our stay . We felt comfortable and had all the amenities that you would have at home . The house is on the water and it is convenient to pull your boat there and enjoy the grill and fishing off the soak with our grandchildren. The house is located on a quiet street in a subdivision and felt safe there. Thank you will definitely book again

First Time with boat

A great getaway with family and friends. Had fun at Shell Island, offshore fishing for Mangrove Snapper and the springs. The home was lovely and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Owner was awesome and we hope we can return for more fishing in the winter. There dock was awesome and fit our 27' boat perfect. Fish cleaning station great as well. Thanks again!

Amazing Place

The place was exceeded any expectations. Fully stocked, extremely clean and many extras (the view, safe quiet neighborhood). It was comfortable, like staying in your own home. Owner was extremely cooperative (I requested a later check out) with absolutely no questions asked. Would highly recommend this place and plan on returning in the future.

We had the best weekend from booking and checking in to checking out. We hated to leave! Owners have done a wonderful job with making you feel right at home. They had everything you could need and the decor was so inviting. We easily slept 5 adults and had plenty of room . Great location! The boat launch is just minutes away from the home. The house has a great dock at the end of the canal. The house was cutely decorated and very clean. The owners make it feel extra special with the coffee bar for the adults and s’mores and candies for the children. The owners had great communication and very accommodating. Loved this place and will be back!

Perfect Getaway

Our family of 4 with a six and 10 year old thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, the space was clean and had a perfect spot to dock the boat. It was a very short boat ride to scallop, fish, and explore the springs. Also a short driving distance to the springs as well. It was the perfect size for our family and had many extras if anything was forgotten. Canal is very quiet and everyone around us was friendly. No complaints at all about this rental.

Amazing staycation!!!

If we could give this place 10 stars we would! This place is located directly on the canal and easy access to the river. Plenty of car and boat parking! The owners have really spent time in this place making it so cozy and comfortable! The house is fully stocked with anything that you may need or may have forgot! We will definitely be back again and again!! Check and check out was effortless. Owners are available and respond very quick!

Annual Scalloping Vacay

Perfect little get away!!! This booking was everything we had hoped for. We take our family scalloping trip every year, and although this home may be little, it had everything we needed to make our trip a pleasant, and memorible one. The kitchen is stocked with every needed to prepare a full course meal. The home sits directly on a beautiful channel that allowed us easy access to our pontoon boat. The house is just minutes away (by boat) from the Twin Rivers marina which was fantastic, for fueling and restocking supplies for our daily outings on the water. When we arrive there was a little trouble with the AC, however the owner immediately responded to our message and within a very short time had a repair man on site. We could not have asked for better communication before, during and even after our stay. We would highly recommend this home, and look forward to visiting again soon.

This was such a great vacation spot. The hosts are so nice and communicated with us very well. The place is immaculate, and has everything you will need. They had a great selection of coffee available which was much appreciated. You will need a car, as this place is a short drive to town and to Three Sisters Springs. We saw lots of manatees, and had a great time.
