Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family Vacation

We go to Ocean City every summer and we always look for a place that we like that we would go back to. This is the first time we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it's location! The only negative we had was under the bed was extremely dusty and there was an old Propel water bottle under the couch from the previous renters. Other than that, we will be back!

Nice stay

Carousel condo 807 gave us an enjoyable stay for 3 days. The views off both balconies are great of ocean and city. Beds comfortable and good size. The condo could use some updating but was sufficient. We have stayed at Carousel many times and always enjoy the resort amenities. One elevator was out of order but wait times weren’t terrible. I would recommend this property.

Fantastic Beach-facing Condo with Spectacular Ocean View

This condo was in great shape with newer appliances/electronics and came full of nice extras for the kids. The view from the balcony was fabulous.

Mini vacay

Property listing was accurate ! Condo was very clean so no complaints on that end. The only “complaint” would be outside patio furniture notWiped down and would’ve loved a light on the balcony for nighttime! Cleaning instructions were very simple and plenty of linens were provided! The kids definitely loved all the fun amenities of the carousel! Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Awesome location and room was nice. Having the linens and paper products supplied was very nice! I wanted to text owner but couldn't see a way to do that. Linens were left on the floor when i checked in so i left them there.

Great resort and room.

The room was wonderful with everything we needed. Some minor complaints would be the very stiff beds, the master bathtub did not drain and was very slippery. We had to get a non slip mat for the kids.

Vacation with younger teens to Ocean City!

This was our first time to visit Ocean City with our kids and it was a big hit overall. The Carousel is older, but immaculately maintained and clean. Great activities in the resort, and great beach access. Our room was exactly as advertised. Glad to have the kitchen and washer/drier. Plenty of places within walking distance. Only 15-20 minute drive to the Boardwalk.

Beautiful View

The master bedroom and living room has a wonderful view. The room was ready with extra clean towels and everything needed for the kitchen and bath. The bathrooms need to be updated a bit. The shower doors were rusted and hard to close, and some times were cracked, but I would stay again.

Great for a family

I stayed in this unit once before. The views are incredible! This time, I slept in the second bedroom. The bed was not meant for old people 😂 It would be fine for kids but my back was definitely feeling it in the morning. The instructions for the TV are wrong. It's not HD so if it doesn't work, check that cables are in the cable box and not the DVD player. Otherwise this place was amazing! You can't beat the location.

Noise from outside

Some aspects inside the unit were fairly dated/stained (ex. decor, carpet, couches, appliances) but overall it was a nice place. The bathrooms were very tiny, the main bathroom you had to move to the side of the toilet to get the door to shut. The balcony door was also hard to open and shut. We were disappointed as the noise from the air conditioners below the unit kept you from hearing the ocean clearly while on the unit balcony.

Horrible View

The balcony is directly above the roof of the Ice rink so all you hear are the air conditioning units on the roof. You can see the ocean but you cannot hear it at all. We had no linens on the beds or any towels or any hand soap. After repeated text messages and phone calls with vrbo we received them at 8pm and they knocked on the door and just left them there in a bag next to the front door.

Clean, easy, and fun!

This was a great unit in a nice complex. It was easy to get in and out to the beach and we enjoyed almost all of the amenities offered at the property. We enjoyed our long weekend beach getaway so much so that we booked for the same days next year before we checked out!
