This cozy post and beam cape sits on over 1.7 acres in Ogunquit. It is located about 8 minute drive to downtown Ogunquit and the beach! This property has parking for 5 vehicles maximum. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. Barbecue in the private back yard with a grill and fireplace. Inside features 3 bedrooms (master on first floor and two bedrooms upstairs). Bedroom #1 is on the first floor, this master bedroom has a queen size bed, an oversized walk through closet with a stunning bathroom featuring a soaking tub, and a large shower. Bedroom #2 upstairs has one queen size bed. Bedroom #3 upstairs has two twin size beds. The basement has 2 bunk beds with (4) full mattresses, a game room, and a full bathroom. The kitchen offers high end appliances, and it is well equipped for all your cooking needs! All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Pet friendly, but prior approval required. Please inquire with host! Dogs must be no larger than 25lbs and no more than 2 dogs. Pet fee of $150/dog.

Relaxing slice of Maine paradise

Our family had a wonderful vacation experience here. Very impressive how clean it was, inside and out. We loved sitting on the back patio and the front porch. The inside was incredibly spacious, updated, and very clean. Would love to stay there again on our next trip to Maine!

The house was great for our family trip. There is plenty of space to hangout and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds could be replaced, they were clean, but super cheap and squeaky. Like squeaky enough to wake yourself up from rolling over in the middle of the night.

Clean & Spacious!

Had an excellent time with family. We had 6 adults and it was comfortable. Rental was clean, and, provided linens, towels, and all other essentials we needed. Quiet at night and 7-8 mins to the action downtown. Property management was quick to reply and provided detailed instructions for stay. Would recommend!! Thanks

Incredible house

This house is absolutely beautiful. It’s ENORMOUS. And probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The kitchen is amazing, the bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are so big- and the smaller bathroom with the floor made all of Pennie’s is so cool! The yard is kept immaculate, and it’s a great neighborhood if you’re there with your pets. (Check for ticks!!) The property management was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. Every time we stay somewhere we always have issues with the WiFi. This was not the case here at all. We were so pleased with this house.

The property was exactly as shown. Plenty of room for all. Although the last people to stay, left their trash. We quickly sent a message and within minutes we had a response and a resolution. We loved the secluded feeling of the property, and we were within minutes of driving to beaches/stores. Communication regarding questions or issues were handles very quickly.

There aren’t many places to rent in Ogunquit, and you won’t have a bad stay here, but I’m glad we were only there for 3 nights. Positives: The house is clean, recently renovated, and has lots of space. The kitchen is especially spacious and has almost everything that you need. The outdoor space — especially the fire pit — is lovely. Neighborhood is cute, but you have to drive everywhere. Negatives: The house isn’t comfortable. The mattresses are horrible and all of the bed frames squeak so loudly. The two rooms upstairs are actually lofts and they can hear everything in the house. On every level, normal walking makes a ton of noise on the floor below. There are no towel racks. There were light quilts on top of the beds, and it was chilly by the time we came to visit. When I asked the management company about this, they encouraged us to buy our own bedding.
