Amazing

Check in was a breeze. The owners met us at the property and went over everything with us. The home was beautiful, spacious yet comfortable. Our favorite place was the second floor very large screened in porch. We watched the dolphins from the third floor balcony which would be my second favorite spot.I will definitely book this home again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach home and the Flagler Beach area. We had our adult kids and 3 grandchildren vacationing with us, who all had the best week! The location couldn’t be better—right on a stretch of beach that felt private and peaceful. The beautiful house had everything we needed and more, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The screened patios were a huge bonus, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze without the bugs. The pool was a great spot to cool off after the beach and in the evenings. The amenities throughout the home were top-notch. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Also, the communication with John was great and although we didn’t have any issues it was nice to know we could reach out and get a quick response if we did.

This location is the best VRBO we could’ve gotten for our family vacation. John was an amazing host, and the house is absolutely stunning. Plenty of space for the kids to play both inside and out! The pool was so relaxing for both myself, my husband, and our kids. I honestly couldn’t say enough positive things about the property. We would love to stay again in the future! It’s right on the beach, so you can hear the waves and see the ocean from the home. It’s only a couple of minutes of walking before you’re standing on the beach, which was so nice for us. Thank you for having us, John! We will be back!

This is a great home to host your family with the beach across the street. You are close to many attractions to explore. John is a great host and was always available for questions. Extremely fun experience and great home.

Spring Break with Family

Beautiful house, tons of room, great porches and outdoor spaces. Because there is no parking for beachgoers, you end up basically with a private beach, which was a nice plus. Restaurant 6 or 7 houses down is a really cool spot. We had 6 in our party and went there twice and all 12 meals were delicious (Oceanside is the name). Host was super responsive and very kind. All in all, can’t go wrong with this place!

Flagler Beach Paradise

This house had everything we could have ever asked for. The Sonos speaker system was incredible. The house was clean and big enough to support our group with ease. Each level had magnificent views of the beach and ocean and the screened in balconies made being outside very pleasant. The house had several tech features that made the stay feel that much more luxurious. We got plenty of use out of the pool and hot tub despite the cool weather because of the heating system. Several bars, restaurants, and even a local coffee shop all in walking distance were extremely convenient. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Flagler’s Finest

This house was a great place for our family, from the ability to Bluetooth our phone’s music to any or every room in the house was a great feature, the pool was so relaxing. The view come on, can’t get any better than this, sunrise over the ocean and watch the sunset off the upstairs master balcony ! Plenty of beach chairs and toys to use! Thanks John we will be back !

Such a relaxing week!

This house was perfect for us. Steps from the beach and room for everyone! Even though it was the end of Bike Week it was still quiet and peaceful. Our favorite spot was the screened porch with the huge dining table! Beds were super comfortable and everything was clean and neat. We will be going back soon!

Outstanding Beach House

Our family had an outstanding time enjoying all the amenities of the house with easy beach access. John, the property manager, was excellent with communication and stocking of the house and was easily contacted with any questions. The morning sunrises was beautiful and the views from the house was amazing!

Family forever

This property was comfortable, clean & beautiful! The view was awesome with the sunrise every morning! The pool with the speakers to hear music was great! Great access to the beach and nice to have a covered garage and elevator! Plenty of comfortable places to watch tv or movies at night with your family as well as play pool or games at the table!! We had a great time and recommend your home to anyone who wants to spend quality family time!

Best family trip

This was an amazing property. And lived up to everything we wanted. I would definitely rent from them again. Every time that we go down the house is amazing. The pool was amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this. Amazing does not explain it.

Great 50th anniversary for my parents!

Amazing Family Vacation

We had an amazing family vacation! Property is great with amazing views & location! We enjoyed the pool & hot tub as well as the super close walk to the beach & many great restaurants within walking distance for dinner! Host was super easy to work with & quick to respond! Highly recommend!!
