Great location for our trip. The property worked out as hoped for with enough rooms and spaces for everyone to enjoy. Loved being ocean front and able to sit in the hot tub and hear the ocean. Good size rooms, Cindy was a great host too! Would definitely stay at the property on another trip!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found Cindy to be very responsive and helpful. The location is excellent, and having direct, immediate access to the beach was incredibly convenient and a highlight of the trip.Check-in was a bit clunky at first, but Cindy responded quickly and helped us get settled right away. The property offers the basics, though it’s worth noting that items like a hair dryer, soap, and extra toilet paper were not provided. The supply and quality of the pots and pans were good and worked well for our needs.We also found that the wine chillers were not functioning during our stay, and Cindy let us know that new ones were already on order. The pool deck area could use some attention, as a few chairs and cushions were worn, the pool was not very clean, and the charcoal grill has definitely seen better days. Knowing these things in advance would be helpful for future guests so they can plan accordingly.

The Graduation getaway!

We had 10 family members and friends coming for our daughters graduation and NROTC commissioning. This house was amazing. We had the best time being together and celebrating. The beach and pool were incredible. I only wish I had more time to relax and use the pool and ocean.

The house was great. Plenty of space for everyone and the location was fantastic with beach access. Some things to improve the stay would have been a functioning hot tub (we messaged the host to see if it worked but never heard back), and a heated pool. The guest house shower had an odd smell so guests there had to shower in the main house. The bedroom with the twin beds in the guest house seemed to have some moisture or mold in the walls as well and looked like it had just been painted over to cover it up. We had kids sleeping there and it was a concern when discovered. And maybe a little bigger supply of basic items would have been nice. There was only one garbage bag and only one dishwasher soap pod, for example. It seemed like the house only had the very bare basics. For the price, a little extra would be a nice gesture.

Great Beach Front with Pool.. Beautiful and Great for Families

We had our family visiting from up north and had a small family reunion. It was a great place and very family friendly house. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 kids.

Beautiful Accommodations!

We were in town for a Celebration of Life for my mother. It was nice to have my family under one roof. The home was both beautiful and comfortable and it is on the beach which allowed for stunning sunrises and sunsets. The check-in process was seamless and the property manager was very nice. I highly recommend this property!

The property was amazing! Clean, gorgeous decor, and spacious. Location was Great! The rain put a small damper on our trip, but overall we had a fabulous first experience going through VRBO. We will be a returning guest!

We had a nice stay in this house. It was plenty big enough to accommodate our 4 families. We enjoyed being on the beach and the location. Had some issues with the hot tub as we had to call each day for it to be turned on. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great upscale rental that can accommodate all of your guests with separate quarters.

We loved the house and the great views. The only disappointment was the large amount of sand in the pool due to recent storm. Pool cleaner arrived as we were checking out.

Slice of Heaven on the Ocean

The property was just as pictured!! Spectacular views of the ocean. Great holiday vacation for my 5 adult children and daughter in law. Very clean property and high level accommodations. Great area with restaurants and lots to do. We visited tallest lighthouse in Florida about 25 mins south. Went in the jacuzzi and fished off the beach ⛱ thanks Cindy for being responsive to all our needs

Absolutely Perfect!

The pictures on the site don't do this house justice. The layout is perfect with 3 bedrooms in the main house all with their own bathroom and 2 bedrooms in the connected guest house. House is nicely stocked with everything you need.

Stunning! It was my sons wedding weekend and this is a beautiful home, very accommodating to guests with more than enough bathrooms for multiple people to get ready at once! The views were outstanding! Large picture windows, comfortable beds, relaxing sofas, very well appointed and tvs in every room even the master bath and kitchen. Would love to come back again and be able to enjoy it more without the busy wedding rush!
