Ideal situation

Was perfect for our needs. We were there for work which this property was in an ideal location but was close enough to all the entertainment for our weekends off.

Hiking get away

We were very happy with all aspects of the process. The house location was a perfect fit for our needs and plans for the week. Easy access to hiking by day and the night life if wanted. Quiet neighborhood. Job well done!

Excellent!!!!!!

This property is exactly as described. Had a great stay and Jim was a wonderful host. He responded to our questions quickly and we had some minor issues that he dealt with immediately Was very close to Southpoint and not far from the strip in a very safe area. We stayed for a month and would definitely stay there again.

Hidden Gem!

This property is pristinely clean! Every person on our business trip liked their rooms and said they slept great! The owners were incredibly helpful and kind. Snacks, personal hand written note and waters in the fridge greeted us when we arrived. We are on the road for most of the year and it was like coming home to stay at this location. Couldn’t ask for more!

clean and simple

This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, seemed to be a safe and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to get around, away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but easy to get there. Nice simple property. Communication w/ owner (Jim) probably the best I've experienced. Extremely fast to respond and always responded.

The superstar host

I am pro NFL player (Dj fluker) I live here for my football season with the raiders. My host Jim was great at giving me things to do places to eat at. He was very helpful in my stay here. His home was very nice and very clean. The neighbors were super nice as well. I definitely will stay here again! I couldn’t have ask for better and host!!!
